We aim to develop the status of steelbands in the community by providing opportunities for children and adullts to learn how to play steelpans and perform as part of a group. We have purchased pans to make this possible and have also loaned pans to individual to assist their progress.

We give advice help and support to people with epilepsy and their family and friends.We also have information leaflets to send or to give out.

Our vision is to provide opportunities for all marginalised deprived communities to take part in arts and crafts activities and achieve their full potential.We provide accredited courses, cultural arts and crafts workshops and volunteering opportunities.

Trained volunteers from local churches listening, helping and caring for the well-being of people participating in the 'night-time economy' late on weekend nights on the streets of Manchester City Centre, in full cooperation with the Police.

We run a monthly support group in Sheffield on the first Saturday of every month, and a annual support group in Manchester in December. These meetings give sufferers advice, support and social contact with other sufferers. We also host a Medical Conference every year in April and a Family Fun Day every September in Hillsborough Park Sheffield.

The charity gives grants to other registered charities and voluntary bodies which promote the relief of poverty amongst Jewish persons or the advancement of the Jewish Religion.

Activities include, Regular Support Group meetings, One-to-one support, Social Outings and Educational Outreach workshops among others

Pragma promotes and organises pre-retirement education across Greater Manchester and the North-west region of England by supporting and organising courses, producing and distributing literature and providing a referral and information service, and working with other organisations.

Religious Activities

a) financial aid to the Sisters of St Joseph and the Sisters of Notre Dame working with the poor in Peru. b) Financial aid to Contact, a residential project in Manchester for homeless young women. c) Assistance to disabled and disadvantaged members of the parish. d) Assistance to other charities whose activities are consistent with the objectives of Xspand.

The mission of Community Change Programme is to inspire vulnerable people to make positive life changes. We work within the local community to relieve the effects of poverty on families and help socially excluded people, e.g. substance abusers to reintegrate into society and improve their employability education, training, and work experience.

Cold Nights provides outreach services on a bi-weekly basis in Manchester City Centre. This includes the provision of food and warm clothing to the socially disadvantages members of the community.

This Charity's Objects are to advance the Education of Teenagers and young adults in particular but not exclusively by the provision of Scholarships

Our only activity is to give the money (interest) from an investment to church and school at St Anne's.

The charity receives donations from Maccabee Lodge, a masonic lodge, members and also raises funds by activities of all members of Maccabee Lodge. Donations are made to charitable/voluntary organisations.
