The Sunnybank Trust works in partnership with people with learning disabilities to have a voice, have access to leisure and social activities, be supported to be safe in their community and become more employable. Christ Church with St Philip provides a centre for Christian worship in the local community which is open to all. The premises support a wide range of youth and adult activities for both the congregation and wider community.

Lantern Arts Centre is a performing arts centre with a Christian ethos. It serves the local community by providing a wide range of performances, clubs and classes which all are welcome to attend and/or take part in. Activities include two performances a year, Childrens' Theatre Clubs, Cafe Studio and Theatre in Education - addressing topics such as bullying and obesity.

During the year the building was used by many of our members to facilitate birthday and funeral receptions, amongst others; and by various community groups to facilitate theatre practice, accounts training and Quadrille dancing; and variously for the social entertainment of our members, particularly our seniors. Cricket, dominoes and senior outings were also facilitated by the organisation.

The provision of acts of Christian worship, service to the local/parish community, the provision of meeting/social spaces, charitable giving, religious witness.
