FEE acts as an umbrella organisation for NGOs in different countries that are implementing the FEE programmes nationally. The charity held a Congress in Moscow via a special purpose vehicle and has set up a scholarship fund in Russia for local education legacies on sustainability of energy.The council hosted Youth forum events around the globe so that the younger generation can get involved with the sustainability of energy in a way that can help future usage.Publications were made available.
