An international health link between TEWV NHS Foundation Trust and mental health services in the Zomba District of Malawi, Central Africa. The link was established in 1999 and provides education and training in the care and treatment of people with mental health problems.

SOUP provide an outreach service to individuals who are suffering from extreme isolation and are beyond reach of traditional charities who have no family or friends and scarce financial security by providing material and Mental health support. We assist people with learning disabilities who access the Middlesbrough Community Inclusion Service (MCIS). We help to provide opportunities for the individual using a person centred approach to maximise their independence. The Association does this by fundraising to provide equipment, vehicles and other resources and activities that are not normally provided by the statutory authorities.

Rescue & Rehoming of Old English Sheepdogs in the North East & Cumbria area.

Provision of activities and events for individuals over 18 with mental ill health and social anxiety issuesto engage and socialise with individuals with similar issues. Social inclusion and engagement with like-minded people are our main objectives. We offer peer-to-peer support and signpost to professional help. Our volunteers engage the wider community offering support where needed.

We provide Road safety materials to local primary schools and childcare facilities, purchased from another charity, Brake. These are aimed at young children and key stage one within Primary schools. We also donate Bereavement books to the same target audience specifically written for young children.

The advancement of animal welfare by furthering the charitable work of Kays Hill Animal Sanctuary by making grants or by providing such other assistance to the sanctuary as the Trustees shall, after prior consultation with the sanctuary, from time to time decide.

We are raising funds in order to build and maintain an athletics facility in Sedgefield, Co-Durham.The facility will be suitable for disabled use and its aim is to support the aspirations of athletes and be available those wanting to try sports and train.

TVoS works to ensure that people seeking sanctuary are welcomed into our region. We act in the interest of refugees and asylum seekers to ensure entitlement to the same rights as others and needs being met with respect to housing, health, education and legal protection. It is our duty to break down barriers to accessing services and to enable people seeking sanctuary to be understood.
