We are a theatre group run for children, young people and adults with physical and learning disabilities, based in Swansea. We work with young people from Swansea and surrounding communities.

Ensuring that the former Llangiwg Church, a heritage site, remains accessible to the general public on a regular basis by opening the building for tours and visits, and by making it available to anyone as a 'peaceful space' for meditation/quiet time sessions.Developing a programme of talks and lectures about all aspects of Llangiwg and its environs, along with accompanying educational material.

FUNDS ARE DISTRIBUTED ACCORDING TO NEED AND DECIDED UPON AT MONTHLY EXECUTIVE MEETINGS.

The principal activity of the GMD continues to be that of the provision of means of social engagement and recreational activities, emotional and mental wellbeing, training and support for the Deaf and their friends. In addition the protection and promotion of the welfare and interests of the profoundly deaf in the three counties of Glamorgan, without religious or other distinction.

Bryn Welfare Bowls Club offers community participation in healthy recreation for the benefits of the inhabitants of Bryn and surrounding areas by the provision of facilities for playing flat green bowls. To educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts.

To advance the education, appreciation, and knowledge of the public in the art of classical music, through the promotion of classical music and live performance in general for the public benefit in and for Mid Wales. Activities include workshops, performances and other participatory activities.

Our overriding aim is to improve the economic prospects and social benefits for the Upper Valleys by encouraging visitors, principally by re-opening the Rhondda Tunnel to become the world's longest continually-open cycling & walking tunnel. Most of our income comes from subscriptions, and it is aimed at developing proposals and lobbying for grants to make this project happen.
