Glantawe (Swansea Valley) Lions support individuals and organisations in the Swansea Valley. We give out Food Parcels at Christmas. We support local foodbanks within our area. We encourage individuals to remember a loved one at Christmas with our 4 Trees of Light. We run a monthly coffee morning. We collect spectacles as part of our Sight First campaign. We give out Message in a Bottle canisters.

Regional Bowls League and Competitions and also compete in Internationals and Home Nations Tournaments, fundraising activities to support players attending International and Home Nations Tournaments.

Taibach Community Library operates a volunteer run library in Taibach, South Wales.

We are a Charitable Incorporated Organisation comprising of member bowls clubs, operating under the umbrella of Vivian Park Bowls Association. The member clubs participate in the local leagues and competitions, with the aim of developing the game of bowls in the community.

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of the inhabitants of Cwmafan and surrounding areas by the provision of facilities for playing sport. The provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities, improving the life and wellbeing of the said inhabitants.

Republic's day to advance the education of the public in the history and traditions of indian culture.

Our activity is to provide TLC Bears to A & E and Hospital Departments through the South Wales area

We provide social and advocacy services for people with learning difficulties at our premises at Friendship House.

The object of the Charity is to :-- Provide assistance to registered blind and partially sighted people within the areas of the City & County of Swansea and Neath & Port Talbot, by making grants of money or providing items, services or facilities.- Consult with blind and partially sighted people in the local area as to their needs and ensure that media is available in an appropriate format.

The Charity operates in the UK, Uganda, Nepal, India & Ethiopia. In the UK and India the Charity undertakes school visits reaffirming a positive life message through Christian teachings.

Dragon Arts and Learning promotes social inclusion through arts and learning. We dare based at The Factory, Church Street, Pontardawe, Swansea SA8 4JB. From 10:00am to 10:00, five days a week we are able to host workshops which include ceramics, art therapy, music, ICT and other creative industries. We have a 'no exclusion' ethos which means everyone is welcome to participate in workshops.

The Garnwen Trust operates in the South Wales area and is currently providing respite and holidays at the coast staying at the Garnwen Lodge situated at the Heritage Park, Stepaside. Many families have already felt the benefits, both physically and mentally, of staying at our lodge including children with disabilities as well as adults who are grieving the loss of children/adults.

We give men the opportunity to talk to others who have been through the experience of diagnosis and treatment for prostate cancer, encourage men with cancer or symptoms of prostate disease to become better informed and able to discuss and make decisions about their treatment, and work with other agencies to improve awareness, education, diagnosis, therapy and support for men with prostate cancer.

We are a local Grassroots football club affiliated to FAW (Football association of Wales) with almost 30 volunteer coaches and committee members and over 250 registered players ranging from under 6's to 2 Senior sides.

The promotion of chamber music concerts and the presentation of educational workshops and musical demonstrations in south and west Wales, centred on the Swansea Bay region.

Bridgend & District Beekeepers Association encourages, improves and advances beekeeping in Bridgend and the surrounding areas for the benefit of all. The Association provides both theory and practical courses and a programme of talks on beekeeping and associated topics for beginners and more experienced members. Those who do not keep bees but are interested in the topic are also welcome.

The charity provides financial support for children and young people and their families who ares suffering from terminal illnesses and need additional support which cannot be provided by the state.
