The aims of the Diabetic Pregnancy Study Group (DPSG) are to improve the detection and management of diabetes in pregnant women and their offspring through education, teaching and research. Obesity before and during pregnancy has recently been added to the DPSG portfolio. The DPSG is affiliated to the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD).

Fostering and promoting research, education and communication in the scientific understanding of seeds by: Publication of scientific research on seed biology in Seed Science Research, the official journal of the ISSS. Co-ordination and organisation of conferences and more specialised meetings related to seed science. Publication of proceedings of ISSS conferences and other meetings.

We raise funds for Canine Degenerative Myelopathy (DM) Research, wherever that is taking place worldwide, We create DM awareness and offer support for owners and dogs with DM.

The Fan Circle International brings together professionals, collectors and enthusiasts of fans from around the world. Members are encouraged to undertake research into fans and fan makers for publication in our Bulletin, for which grants may be available.
