My Body is My Body Programme is an internationally acclaimed body safety program using music to educate and empower adults and children on child abuse prevention. Distributed in 60 plus countries worldwide, it offers a free resource for communities, parents, teachers, and carers. Our mission is to stop child abuse through positive, non threatening education.

We help and encourage UK parks, gardens and green spaces open to the public to reserve an area or areas for silent reflection. We operate a website, listing and linking with parks and gardens running a Silent Space. We also keep in touch with the latest research on the health benefits of taking time to reflect in nature.
