ASDAN's aim is the advancement of education, by providing opportunities for all learners to develop their personal and social attributes and levels of achievement through the use and attainment of ASDAN awards and qualifications, and the relief of poverty, where poverty inhibits such opportunities for learners. We have now developed more than 80 programmes of educational activity.

IMarEST is the leading professional membership body and learned society for all marine professionals, with over 20,000 members worldwide. The Institute has a strong international presence with an extensive network of around 50 international branches, offers peer-reviewed journals and an industry-focused magazine, produces conferences and events, and enjoys non-governmental status at IMO.

The charity operates outside the United Kingdom looking after the welfare of ex-servicemen, women and widows of Commonwealth countries who have at some time served the British Crown.

To share the love of God, through the ministries of care and education, through 35 Nazareth Houses caring mainly for frail older people, seven retirement villages and five education services in 38 different locations worldwide. Merlin's Magic Wand supports children facing challenges of serious illness, disability or adversity. The Charity believes that every child deserves to laugh, enjoy and cherish memorable experiences and its mission is to enable them to access the magic of Merlin Entertainments.

The Order of St John is a major international charity, accredited to the United Nations, whose organisations- together widely known as St John - provide first aid, health care and support services in over 35 countries around the world. The Order's charitable work is carried out by the St John Eye Hospital in Jerusalem and St John Establishments worldwide- with volunteers and staff of over 300,000.

FEE acts as an umbrella organisation for NGOs in different countries that are implementing the FEE programmes nationally. FEE is mainly active through its five environmental education programmes: Blue Flag, Eco-Schools, Young Reporters for the Environment (YRE), Learning about Forests (LEAF) and Green Key. The Charity is a professional body and its aims are the improvement of ships and all that specially appertains to them and the arrangement of periodical meetings for the purpose of discussing practical and scientific subjects bearing upon the design and construction of ships and their means of propulsion and all that relates thereto.

The charity delivered child protection training and governance training (online, with assessment), reduced pricing for professional conferences and advisory services, emergency planning management, access to ECIS research, and funding (grants and fellowships). The charity launched a free global community platform for educators worldwide, as a public benefit.

Our charitable objectives lie in advancing microbiology research and education, and applying microbiological knowledge. These are achieved by organising our Congress and supporting courses and networking events; publishing specialist journals; building capacity; supporting our Member Societies; and creating visibility through projects such as the European Academy for Microbiology (EAM).
