RAISING MONEY FOR BEACON HILL SCHOOL

To assist students under twenty five years of age who have their home residence in the City of Newcastle Upon Tyne, and received a secondary education in the City.

TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION OF NATIVE RED SQUIRREL POPULATIONS IN THEIR NATURAL HABITAT ACROSS THE NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS BY:A) SUPPORTING LOCAL VOLUNTARY GROUPS ENGAGED IN WORK TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE SPECIES. B) RAISING AWARENESS OF AND EDUCATING THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO ENSURE ITS SURVIVAL IN THE NORTHEAST.

North East Mission aims to see an end to homelessness in the North East.Currently NEM runs Durham Winter Night Shelter.

OUR PRINCIPLE AIM IS TO SUPPORT YOUNG PEOPLE WHO WISH TO ENJOY OUTDOOR EDUCATION. WE PROVIDE ACCESS AND SUPPORT FOR THOSE WITH A DISABILITY AND PROVIDE GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS AND SCHOOLS TO PROVIDE PLACES AT DERWENT HILL FOR THOSE EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. OUR MAIN SOURCE OF FUNDS IS FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES AND BURSARIES.

To promote the subject of astronomy by holding lectures, observing meetings and events that stimulate discussion and interest in the science.

We have a drop in centre where our tenants and residents can call in if they are needing information on housing, events we may be organising, we hold councillors surgery once a month. We also are in contact with our local police officers, our drop in is also used for voting day which where we meet people who maybe new to our estate as well as long standing residents apart from this its just usual

We are a Christian Charity organization set up to advance the Christian faith through preaching of the Word of God, holding seminars, meetings and programmes that help promote and advance the love of Jesus Christ. We also contribute and help members of our community and the general public who may be in need with personal relief items such as clothing, food, toiletries and confectionaries.

John Wigham Richardson gave Newcastle City Council a lump sum to enable it to purchase pictures for the benefit of Newcastle upon Tyne. The City Council owns the Laing Art Gallery, which is operated on its behalf by Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums. The Laing Art Gallery utilises the funds within the John Wigham Richardson Charity to enable it to purchase pictures.

Our aim is to advance the education of pupils in the school by developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school. We engage in activities or provide facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils, to do this we complete various fund raising activities.

To purchase and distribute among the beneficed clergy in the Diocese of Newcastle suitable copies of the Book of Common Prayer

The charitable company's principal objectives and activities remain the same. Its main principal is to provide modern neurological service for a population of 300 million people ahrough the local registered charity 'Neurosciences Foundation, Bengal' (NF, B). In addition, it wishes to train young doctors to become good neurosurgeons. I also aims at starting research activities in the future.

Our charitys aims are to enable spinaly injured wheelchair users to come to terms with there injuries through sport and socialisation, wheelcair users without spinal injuries are welcome to join our club.
