We are a regional arts development organisation promoting social inclusion, community cohesion, health and wellbeing through the combined arts practises. Our aim is to create a healthier community across North east through education, participation, promotions. We work with prople from age 5- 80 through high quality artistic programme of diverse culture and heritage.

We endeavour to alleviate poverty and deprivation within older communities and change negative attitudes of older people. We work in partnership with similar organisations to improve government and local authority policy, including Health Care, Housing, Social Deprivation and Personal Financial issues. Our elderly volunteers give their time and energy and do all the work. We have no employees.

The charity collects its investment income and distributes monies to charities and institution in accordance with its objects.

We exist to provide support from the investment income to St Andrew's Church, Church of Scotland, Newcastle upon Tyne.

To raise funds to provide resources and activities to enhance their education and extended activities beyond school. PROVIDING DIETARY & ORAL HEALTH EDUCATION SESSIONS FOR CHILDREN AGED PRE-SCHOOL TO THE AGE OF 11. THE SESSIONS WILL COVER UNDERSTANDING THE IMPORTANCE OF GOOD DENTAL HEALTH; EDUCATING CHILDREN ON WHAT CAUSES TOOTH DECAY; ENCOURAGING DAILY DENTAL CARE. THE SESSIONS WILL USE A MIX OF GAMES, COLOURING SHEETS, LEARNING DENTAL HEALTH VOCABULARY, DISCUSSING FOODS AND CAUSES OF DENTAL DECAY.

Street Pastors is an initiative of Ascension Trust and pioneered in London in 2003. There are now over 11,000 street pastors in 270 locations around the UK. Jesmond Street Pastors engage with people on the streets to care for them, listen to them and help them, working with other partners in the night-time economy to make communities safer. We currently patrol on Friday evenings from 1930-midnight

AWD Response North East is a Charitable organisation that provides emergency services during extreme weather conditions. They are dedicated to helping people who are stranded, delivering food and water to remote areas, and assisting with road closures. Their service is free, and they prioritize those who are in the greatest need of assistance.
