St Martin's Centre is located on the border of Byker and Walker in the east end of Newcastle upon Tyne. We provide a range of activities for all ages, with activities and support for young children and families, an Ofsted-rated outstanding nursery, volunteering opportunities for local residents, daily activities for older adults and befriending and wellbeing support, including emergency food.

The Trust raises funds from individual donors, trust and foundations to support North East Museums achieve it's strategic vision of ensuring everyone has access to museum provision, are able to use this access and to value it for the significant and positive impact that it makes upon their lives.

Grant Giving

Preserve and protect Newcastle Castle. Advance culture and heritage by encouraging the local community and visitors to appreciate and enjoy the history and fabric of Newcastle Castle and buildings around the area of Old Newcastle. The charity's principal activity during the period was to provide support and assistance to people who have suffered or are suffering from all forms of cancer by such means as the trustees consider fit.

From our purposely designed centre, we offer a range of support to families with disabled children or any additional needs. Activities include play clubs, dance classes, mother & toddler group, soft play, IT suite, sensory suite, sibling support, educational support, agriculture, small animal petting area, specialist holiday respite, specialist adapted cycles, crafts, volunteering opportunities.
