The Bulldogs creates Social Impact through the power of Boxing and non-contact training as a means of embedding a theory of change into individuals lifestylesWe aim to achieve this by: Creating changes in a persons behaviour, activity or situation, embedding changes in perspective and perception of themselves and of others by increasing motivation and lifestyle decision making.

Furniture and white goods recycling and sale of household goods at affordable cost. Awareness raising of environmental issues.Provision of work experience and training to offenders, mental health patients and other disadvantaged persons.Helping homeless people through a Hardship scheme along with helping people living on the streets.

The Cardiff YMCA (1910) Trust aims to promote and support the educational, social, physical and psychological development of the community. Providing funding to organisations and individuals in Cardiff and the South Wales Region in an inclusive, ethical and transparent manner; grants are made by majority decision of Trustees.

We support families of children diagnosed with cancer in South Wales through equipment grants, hardship grants, bereavement boxes and peer support events. We also contribute to projects run by major welsh childhood cancer charities that benefit our families.

Religous Activities

We offer clients a way of resolving disputes through mediation meetings, facilitated by an impartial third party, (qualified mediator). Mediators will assist you to clarify the issues you can't agree on and look at options to resolve them and find solutions. The issues we cover include, property, finance and children arrangements.

Advancement of the Christian Faith worldwide in accordance with the doctrines set out in the statement of faith.Relief of poverty, sickness and distress by the provision of such things as financial support, medical missions, rehab centres, food, befriending service, advise, scholarships, mentoring and counselling.

Community CentreEnabling members of the community to run clubs, workgroups, meetings and societies.Continuing to maintain space for worship, reflection and interfaith dialogue.Seeking feedback from partners and learning how best to respond to local needs.Providing youth work to develop capacity and reduce anti-social behaviour.

REGULAR PUBLIC MEETINGS ARE HELD FOR WORSHIP, PRAISE AND FELLOWSHIP. IN THESE THE TEACHING OF THE BIBLE IS EXPOUNDED AND APPLIED. IN ADDITION THERE ARE MORE INFORMAL MEETINGS HELD FOR MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH AND CONGREGATION FOR FELLOWSHIP AND EDIFICATION IN THE CHRISTIAN FAITH. VARIOUS OTHER MEETINGS ARE ARRANGED COVERING ALL AGE GROUPS.

SAFE has two main programmes, one in the U.K. and one overseas. In the UK we aim to increase civic participation and improve social harmony amongst typically hard to reach young people, such as NEETs. We also deliver a non-mainstream development education programme. Overseas we support locally led and empowering poverty response programmes for marginalised people all around the world.

Community-led regeneration work focussing on the Maindee area of Newport, South Wales

Furtherance of the Christian religion through meetings, support of ministers and workers in other countries.Community groups e.g. Parent and child group, Luncheon Club and Senior Fellowship meetings, coffee mornings.

Stimulate an interest in and a study of the Drama and the dramatic art and to support all that is best in the theatre. To prevent modern plays of great merit from falling into oblivion. To produce new plays. To stimulate the art of acting and the technical skills associated with dramatic productions. To support charities and other associations formed for charitable and educational purposes.

To assist the governors of Caerleon Endowed Schools in discharging their obligations under the various Education Acts in respect of the maintenance of the Schools and to provide the Schools with special benefits not normally provided by the Local Education Authority. In addition, grants and financial assistance are awarded to students and young people living in the area of benefit.

Provision of almhouse accommodation in Monmouthshire and Newport

Provides food, furniture, household goods, to people in need. Enables recycling of furniture through a free collection service. The furniture is sold at affordable prices or given away to vulnerable individuals or families.

Furthering the Christian religion through public worship, prayer, bible study, communion of the Lord's Supper, evangelism and mission, giving and supporting pastoral care. Providing family support through toddler groups and luncheon facilities for older people. Supporting Christian Ministry and charitable social action in the UK and overseas.

The charity provides facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare and with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the community

TEACHING CHILDREN, FIVE DAILY PRAYERS, ADULT CLASSES, FUNERAL PRAYERS, WEDDING CEREMONIES, EID PRAYERS TWICE A YEAR. ALL GATHERINGS ARE HELD AT THIS MOSQUE.
