Avenues East is part of a Group of charities which pioneer specialist social care supporting people facing significant disadvantage through illness and disability so they can live full lives in their local communities. We also support adults and children in their own homes or residential settings who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, acquired brain injury or dementia.

Care and support to people with life threatening diseases and conditions together with their carers and families including: 12 bedded inpatient unit, day hospice and patient groups, community care, counselling and bereavement support, medical outpatient support, spiritual care.

Ormiston Families supports children, young people and their families to manage the challenges they face and improve their life chances. We run four core programmes across the East of England supporting young children, prisoners families, school students and local communities

YMCA Norfolk seeks to meet the needs of vulnerable young people through its supported accommodation, vocational, sports and pastoral care programmes across Norfolk.

Resettlement and support of offenders or those at risk of offending, provision of support, advocacy and assistance to those people and their families to contribute to the communities in which they live, provision of accommodation and accommodation based services and support to offenders and ex-offenders & the promotion of public safety and the prevention or reduction of crime.

Provision of holistic day therapy, outpatients, including lymphoedema care, bereavement support, carer support, home care, equipment loan, information and telephone support to communities in North, West and mid Norfolk and surrounding areas

The Trust was established for the public benefit with the purpose of providing recreational facilities in the interest of social welfare. During the period the Trust has carried out their objectives through the provision of a range of leisure and recreation services across Gt Yarmouth and East Suffolk.

Ely Cathedral is a Christian Church offering daily worship and a place of prayer and sanctity. It is the seat of the Bishop of Ely and the mother church of over 300 parishes that make up the Diocese of Ely. The Cathedral is also a historical monument, built to the glory of God, which welcomes thousands of pilgrims and visitors every year.

To provide personalised learning opportunities to children and young people in East Anglia aged 4 - 25 years who are disadvantaged and/or experience complex barriers to learning. Lapwing aims to deliver holistic development through a highly personalised academic, vocational/work based and therapeutic provision, preparing students for re-entry or progression into education, employment or training.

Under the names Carers Trust Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Norfolk we provide information, emotional and practical support, training and breaks from caring for adult, young adult and young carers. We promote independence, support in emergencies and provide CQC regulated care for adults and children with special or complex needs. Personalised support is through clubs, groups or in family homes.

The Cathedral dates back to 1096, when it was founded by Herbert de Losinga, the first Bishop of Norwich, and over the last nine centuries this magnificent place of worship has been at the heart of Norwich and its people.

The principal activity of the charity is to provide temporary accommodation & other services to adults and children who have suffered or are exposed to domestic violence & abuse

MAP provides free, confidential advice, counselling and youth work services for young people aged uped to 25. There is a Norwich city centre drop-in each weekday and in Great Yarmouth on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; and other services across Norfolk.

To promote and encourage the advancement and improvement of agriculture through development of skills,techniques or research,the dissemination of such and research both as to the methods of husbandry and use of science and the use and development of agricultural implements and machinery.

Management of the landmark Forum building. Staging of events for the public as well as being a venue for other organisations to put on exhibitions and events with a focus on science, technology, learning and community.

TO ENABLE NORFOLK & WAVENEY TO BE A CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE FOR THE PROVISION OF CANCER SERVICES, AND TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE INTERNATIONAL REPUTATION FOR EXCELLENCE IN CANCER RESEARCH LOCALLY.

We support even better care at the Norfolk & Norwich, Cromer and Jenny Lind Children's Hospitals. Donations enable us to offer much more than NHS funding alone can provide. We fund medical equipment, specialist staff, research projects, improvements to the hospital environment and more to improve the comfort and care of patients, visitors and staff.
