The Norfolk Constabulary Benevolent Fund was established to assist in needy cases of members, former members, their widows, orphans or dependants. It does this by paying grants and interest free loans where necessary and by the provision of holiday homes for rest and recuperation and for respite or convalescence.

Waveney Bird Club advances the education of the public in the knowledge, study and conservation of birds in the counties of Suffolk and Norfolk with a particular focus on the Waveney valley area. We promote the conservation of birds by encouraging the submission of records, publishing newsletters and articles and carrying out educational activities including indoor and field meetings.

Thetford Church Of The Nazarene conducts regular services for public worship, prayer, Bible study, preaching and teaching for all age groups, and provides pastoral care to the sick and elderly of the church through visitation and prayer.

Religious activities and other charitable activities within the Chantry Hall, Norwich

DVCA was formed to provide operational management of the new Dersingham Centre, scheduled to open to the Community in September 2018. The Charity will provide a service to the local and wider community to make the Centre available for classes, functions and a wide range of activities beneficial to the Community. THIS CHARITY PROVIDES A VILLAGE HALL, PLAYING FIELD AND PAVILION FOR THE WHOLE VILLAGE AND PEOPLE FROM OTHER VILLAGES TO USE. IT IS VERY WELL USED AND SERVES MANY HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE, FOR PARTIES, CLUBS, MEETINGS AND ALL MANNER OF FUNCTIONS FOR PEOPLES ENJOYMENT.

The provision of a local public venue for the arts of plays, music and the performance of productions by our own amateur groups.

The charity raises funds from renting out fishing rights on a complex of lakes.This is then distributed to local and national charities.

Upwell is a small rural village with limited public transport to near by towns the committee provide open space play area, sporting areas for all ages and abilities of the community are welcome, the committees main aim is to provide a modern facility for community use. The committee is totally reliant on community support/funding for all financial aspects in running the playing field.

To relieve cases of need, hardship or distress of persons to further the education (including social and physical training) of persons to further the religious and other charitable work of all Christian denominations or such charitable purposes of the general benefit of inhabitants in any or parts of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Hertfordshire.

Last year has been one of continued progress on all our main objectives. Membership has grown again due to the combination of national publicity on the plight of pollinators generally and the Honey Bee specifically, and also from our own promotional and educational activities. The shows that we have participated in have been very successful in bringing the work we do to the notice of the public,

Makes grants to organisations

Bawdeswell Village Hall provides a modern venue in Bawdeswell village, Norfolk, for local people to pursue recreational and leisure activities. The trustees work with volunteers to provide a range of facilities, and welcome bookings from local groups and individuals for meetings, weddings, parties and exercise classes among others. It is a focus in bringing the community together.

The AFRICAN APOSTOLIC CHURCH is a Christian Church led by Archbishop Ernest Paul Mwazha of Africa, who was devinely commissioned by our Lord Jesus Christ, who raised him from the dead, to spread His gospel to all creation. Those who believe and are baptised will be saved. Sabbath services are held every Saturday, and weekly prayer meetings every Tuesday and Friday evenings. Everyone is welcome.

Norfolk Clubhouse provides positive opportunities for those aged 18 plus into adulthood, living with unmet mental health needs to access a safe place to meet and belong as a member. Clubhouse provides opportunities to access training and to develop skills to access meaningful work, running the Clubhouse and to access Transitional Employment Placements with local employers in Norfolk.

To raise funds for the provision of a permanent Buddhist (Thai) Temple in Norfolk to advance religion through the provision of facilities for religious worship, observance and education for the beneficiaries.
