Shipdham Pre-school is a community based group, which is run by a committee made up of parents and community, together with paid staff. We are a warm and welcoming pre-school, which has been successfully running for many years, and has been based in our purpose built building since 2000, in Shipdham

Wortwell Community Centre is a building for the use of the local inhabitants for recreation and leisure time occupations. Currently activities include : Dance Classes, Bowls, Charity Events, Quiz nights, private hirings, Village Fete, carpet bowls, badminton, art classes, french classes, keep fit, football, yoga, theatre productions and much more

The provision of support to adults bereaved by suicide.

Our service priority is to enable people who are disadvantaged, isolated and difficult to reach in Fakenham and surrounding communities to become more involved, self-confident & self sufficient. The longer term aim is to achieve more inclusive and stronger communities through people having greater opportunities. Our service is user led and innovative. We are open to all on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Chivers Trust supports projects which provide live musical, theatrical or visual arts experiences to young people living in Norfolk and Suffolk.Priority is given to funding projects which target the most disadvantaged groups, and work to reach new audiences, especially groups who may not otherwise have access to the arts.

The objective of the RAF Marham Aero Club based at RAF Marham is to provide flying instruction and access to flying of light aircraft to those who could not otherwise afford it in order to:a) Foster esprit de corps and raise morale;b) Develop and enhance mental resilience; c) Encourage airmindedness and aviation safety; for personnel serving at RAF Marham, other stations and veterans.

Provides resources and facilities for public worship, pastoral care and spiritual, moral and intellectual development, both for church members and for anyone who wishes to benefit from what the Church offers. West Norfolk Befriending works with socially isolated older people in West Norfolk. Our clients are isolated due to a long term physical or sensory disability or due to their role as a carer (unpaid). We provide face-to-face befriending, telephone befriending, email and group befriending throughout West Norfolk..

The Papillon Project works with secondary schools in Norfolk to create permaculture allotments for the growing of plants for food, crafts and other uses such as building materials, teaching environmental awareness and sustainable living. We help them connect with members of their local community for the sharing of skills and knowledge, in this way the allotments are sustainable in the long term.

Karibu provides its members and the public with information, advice and support, dealing with family; isolation; health and well being; and education. We are the hub of the local African community, dealing with ethnic and cultural diversity. Members meet once a month, ensuring the enhancement of social inclusion. Karibu runs weekly health & well being activities for all & classes for children .

The charity produces high quality participatory arts and culture activities for local people in the county of Suffolk. Projects are aimed at those traditionally excluded. The charity runs an inclusive youth theatre in Stowmarket which engages with young people of all backgrounds through drama. Taking part is free and there are no auditions to gain access to our work.

Mangreen Trust provides space, facilities for recreation, spiritual activities, swimming, training, wellness, meetings & educational activities. Monthly spiritual gatherings welcome any faith or none. In-person support for those with dementia, carers & the wider community. An honesty farm shop supports the local community. With our partner, we provide support to other charities and organisations.

The purpose of NCMF is to provide an opportunity for young musicians and speech/drama students to perform in public in front of a professional adjudicator, and to receive constructive feedback to assist their creative development. The NCMF organises an annual festival which usually lasts for two weeks at the beginning of March. .
