The charity offers support to the activities of the Octagon Unitarian Chapel. It provides premises for the Sunday Club for young people. Other groups are permitted to use the premises for social activities as authorised by the Chapel Committee.

Promotion of singing as an educational pursuit and enabling people who have never sung before to learn new skills and vocal techniques . We aim to advance our singing repertoire and encourage all age groups to sing .

Heart of Gissing CIO has developed and runs a Community Centre for the benefit of the inhabitants of Gissing and surrounding villages and promotes education and creative arts for the physical and social wellbeing for all and promotes conservation of the environment. It maintains the Old School and uses any surplus income to award educational bursaries for under 25's and wider community groups.

Throughout the year, GJCC promotes Christian faith by- providing messages in digital forms free of charge- distribute publications, gospel tracts, posters and books free of charge- celebrate religious festivals- celebrate memorable days

Our policy is to give grants to students entering further education for up to four years and one off grants for tools and other equipment to those starting apprenticeships or work training on the job. The area we cover is the ancient parishes of Elm, Emneth and Friday Bridge with Coldham. The charity only gives grants up to the age of twenty five.

Charity was formed to provide fuel for the poor persons resident in the Ancient Parish of Guist. The charity owns 35 acres of land, 3 bungalows and 3 cottages in the Parish of Guist as well as a number of allotments.

A Community Church including Junior Church. Provides pastoral care and support to members whenever needed. We have informal times together for friendship. Open to non-members. Provides counselling support and advice in this country and via the internet to overseas contacts. Teaching and recorded talks are available to the public through the website.

We provide intergenerational supported living and day services for people who have experienced trauma or are at risk of isolation. We help to rebuild lives and develop personalised plans to support independent living offering access to therapies, arts & crafts, cooking, horticulture, animal husbandry and micro enterprises to practice life skills and improve wellbeing on a tranquil smallholding.

To promote the relief of children and young persons suffering from Cystic Fibrosis and their families through the provision of financial assistance, support, practical advice or such other means as the trustees may from time to time determine.
