The Trustees apply the income of the Charity in relieving individually or generally women aged 40 years or over who are former pupils of the school belonging to the Educational Foundation of Philip and Sarah Stanford, in the parish of Laceby and elsewhere, and who are in conditions of need, hardship and distress by making grants of money or providing or paying for items, services or facilities.

The promotion of neurosurgical practice in the county of East Yorkshire and the neighbouring counties by the purchase and maintenance of research equipment or the provision of facilities for teaching or in such other ways as the Trustees think fit.

In 2007 LCA ran some activities such as discos, hobby club & games clubs for children aged 5-11 years from the local community. Unfortunately the LCA has now stopped running these activities and the organisation needs closing down.

To support the increase of collective knowledge in all areas of study which relate to the events of 1066 by sponsoring research, public access and publication of findings and advance community education by engaging a wide scope of the age and ability with training to investigate heritage and conservation.

We currently provide support for families of children from pregnancy to five years by running inclusive outreach groups with feeding support in Cleethorpes, which are accessible to people in North East Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.

Provision of laptop and other IT equipment to teenagers with cancer and other life threatening illnesses. Also provide support for teenagers with short term serious illnesses.

Barriers to education are many and varied by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship; all of which prevent people from accessing opportunities. The Trustees define disadvantage in line with the English Index of Multiple Deprivation (I.MD)

NELDA helps signpost people with disabilities in the North East Lincolnshire area to the help, facilities and services available to them. We try to be a focal point locally for other organisations and individuals to raise awareness of the issues and needs of people with disabilities. We hold open meetings to discuss a range of disability access issues, and invite local decision makers.

Fund raising for school resources.

Hull (DEC) promotes global learning for those aged 3-19 in schools, and in community groups, mainly through resource loan boxes now administered in partnership with Global Resources in Hull. .We support diversity events in partnership with people of other cultures

To provide awards as motivation for young musicians.

To provide for the theatrical education of young persons resident in Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire who are members of an operatic or dramatic society affiliated to the National Operatic and Dramatic Asssociation and to make grants to assist in disbursing the cost oftheir attendance at Theatre School Courses or Study Groups.

The Northern Lincolnshire Clinical Sports Partnership provides access to healthcare services to the sporting community, we do this by providing direct clinical support, enhancing education by the provision of medical and first aid training.

Nature reserve with two play areas.Pavilion with a cafe, education room and toilets.

We engage with all ages through the provision a wide variety of sporting, media and environmentally based activities designed develop personal and physical skill sets. We train volunteers / lifestyle coaches to deliver outreach programmes throughout N E Lincolnshire and will soon deliver on our new 15 acre off grid countryside facility which the charity owns and manages for community benefit.

Spin Off Productions provides performances, workshops, training sessions, forum theatre, therapeutic arts, musical theatre, consultancy and advice to the general public and community groups in Hull and the surrounding area. Our aim is educate the public in the arts in all its forms.

Playing fields provided for sport and recreation for the inhabitants of North Cotes Village and surrounding areas.

We are a Royal Naval Association Branch supporting ex ROYAL NAVY, R.N.R. & RNXS personnel and their families etc we are supporting local and national seafaring charities, we are registered and governed by the Royal Naval Association's Royal Charter. We host visits from RNA Branches, Army and RAF Regiment get togethers in our 'Tri Service Mess' member & community events
