To advance musical education among young people and to foster the knowledge and appreciation of the art of music in all its aspects. To this end we hold regular programmes of rehearsals and training sessions leading to public concerts and recitals.

We are a community based organisation working with community and church organisations, schools, local authority music services, private music teachers, singing and choral societies to provide opportunities for public performances and to enhance life-style opportunities for all ages through the Arts and especially music making. Our activities are centred on Bridlington and the surrounding villages.

Our Objects are to promote biodiversity in the form of trees, plants, habitats and all forms of native wildlife thereby enhancing the natural environment for the benefit of both the public, local interest groups and wider society and for the enjoyment of local communities in the Greater Lincolnshire area.

Offers financial support to those who are connected to the corn and feed trade and associated industries based in and around the Yorkshire region. Assistance is available for people of all ages by means of one-off grants.

The Trustees apply the income of the Charity in relieving individually or generally women aged 40 years or over who are former pupils of the school belonging to the Educational Foundation of Philip and Sarah Stanford, in the parish of Laceby and elsewhere, and who are in conditions of need, hardship and distress by making grants of money or providing or paying for items, services or facilities.

Provision of laptop and other IT equipment to teenagers with cancer and other life threatening illnesses. Also provide support for teenagers with short term serious illnesses.

Serve the Christian community through a local and online bible school and through the publishing of Christian related material.

In 2007 LCA ran some activities such as discos, hobby club & games clubs for children aged 5-11 years from the local community. Unfortunately the LCA has now stopped running these activities and the organisation needs closing down.

NELDA helps signpost people with disabilities in the North East Lincolnshire area to the help, facilities and services available to them. We try to be a focal point locally for other organisations and individuals to raise awareness of the issues and needs of people with disabilities. We hold open meetings to discuss a range of disability access issues, and invite local decision makers.

To provide for the theatrical education of young persons resident in Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire who are members of an operatic or dramatic society affiliated to the National Operatic and Dramatic Asssociation and to make grants to assist in disbursing the cost oftheir attendance at Theatre School Courses or Study Groups.
