Full initially will be a catering business but with scope to diversify into other areas. The ethos of the charity is to enhance the skills of the socially disadvantaged with the aim of increasing chances of employment.

The Charity operates within North East Lincolnshire, providing funding for sporting activities for people in the villages of Laceby, Aylesby and Irby. For example we have helped fund the local Karate Club to enter in International Competions and helped equip the local Youth Centre with sports equipment and currently considering an application for funding to enter the British Table Tennis League.

Provide two meeting rooms together with kitchen and toilets as well as an office/Doctor's examination room for the benefit of all organisations within East Halton and their members and can be hired by people from outside East Halton to provide leisure and indoor recreational facilities for the residents of East Halton. Finally, we provide room for a Polling Station when needed.

The trustees have a responsibility to hold two accounts on behalf of the church. One is a maintenance account & the other is a depreciation account, so that when the church building has reached the end of its economic life, some funds are available to replace it.

Our activities are mainly led by individual or group applications, providing grants and financial support for activities, projects or equipment that will benefit young people either during, or after cancer treatment within the East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire areas.

The charity runs the Barrow-upon-Humber Ringing Centre, a specialist centre of excellence in the teaching of the heritage art of English Change Ringing which is based at Holy Trinity Parish Church at Barrow-upon-Humber, Lincolnshire.

To generally advance the study and practice of music in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire, to foster public knowledge and appreciation of music and to support the work of the Hull Philharmonic Society.

To advance musical education among young people and to foster the knowledge and appreciation of the art of music in all its aspects. To this end we hold regular programmes of rehearsals and training sessions leading to public concerts and recitals.

We are a community based organisation working with community and church organisations, schools, local authority music services, private music teachers, singing and choral societies to provide opportunities for public performances and to enhance life-style opportunities for all ages through the Arts and especially music making. Our activities are centred on Bridlington and the surrounding villages.

Serve the Christian community through a local and online bible school and through the publishing of Christian related material.

To promote for the benefit of the public, the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment through establishing trees and woodland in the Greater Lincolnshire Area to promote biodiversity for the benefit of the natural environment, wider society and the local communities.

Offers financial support to those who are connected to the corn and feed trade and associated industries based in and around the Yorkshire region. Assistance is available for people of all ages by means of one-off grants.
