The objects of the Charity are to work primarily in the historic county of Lincolnshire within the Churches and local community to advance the Christian faith and education among young people by the provision of Christian Youth mission and ministry.

We are a Youth Education Charity. we support young people aged 10-18 with life skills, education, leisure, activities, fun and Adventure. We also support BTech National Diplomas, RYA, British Rowing, British Canoeing and many more. We are a Uniformed organisation following the styles and ideologies of the Royal Navy teaching Teamwork, Leadership, Personal Care, First Aid and so much more

Community building

The village hall is for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of Messingham without distinction of political, religious or other opinions including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the condtions of life for the said inhabitants.

The Worship and to the Service of the One and Only Living God

The Charity provides support to the pupils of Sir John Nelthorpe School as a whole, as specific groups and as individuals.

Providing grants predominantly to small and medium sized charities and organisations in the East Midlands whose activities align with our charitable purposes and particular areas of focus as from time to time agreed by the charity's trustees.

We are an independent charity run by a bunch of dedicated volunteers and Greyhound owners. HGRC is self-funded and relies on the generosity of supporters who love Greyhounds. Many of the dogs we get have been gifted in by their owners or found abandoned. Hull Greyhound Rescue has a charity shop for sales of donated goods including dog supplies and in normal times arranges fundraising events.

To protect and preserve good health, for the public benefit, through the provision of social care services among people residing permanently or temporarily in N E Lincs by assisting in the treatment and care of persons suffering from mental and physical illness of any description or in need of rehabilitation as a result of such illness by the application of charitable funds, support and education.

To provide aminities and facilities for the education and well-being of persons in the neighbourhood

PROVIDING ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT FOR ELDERLY AND VULNERABLE PEOPLE RESIDING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN WINTERTON, NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES BY THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND SUPPORT SERVICES DESIGNED TO RELIEVE THEIR NEEDS, INCLUDING BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, DAY CARE SERVICES, LUNCH CLUB AND ACTIVITIES TO MAINTAIN GOOD HEALTH.

Grant giving charity

Village Hall for the use of the local community groups and individuals.

We provide monetary assistance to dogs in rescue/welfare organisations. We only helpanimals in rescue and not dogs owned by individuals. These may be dogs with an ongoingmedical condition; a need for a special diet; spaying or neutering. We may also provide assistance by way of food or payment for emergency boarding ortransport fees

The provision of recreational and sports facilities for the community.

Activities connected with the use of the Epworth Memorial Field

The charity provides help in the local community to those people needing to re-home their cats, taking in stray cats handed in to the vets or roaming in the local community, and for those looking to adopt a cat. We also run a trap, neuter, return scheme for feral cats located in the area. We have referred to the guidance contained in the charity commission's general guidance on public benefit.

To advance the health and wellbeing of BAME communities in North Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas by supporting and encouraging the community through inclusive health and wellbeing activities and services.Promoting Equality & Diversity.

The hall is hired out to local community groups and acts as a base for their activities. In addition the managing trustees from time to time run fund raising activities to supplement income from hirings.
