The Old School Hall Management Committee manages a community centre comprising a large hall, large meeting room, kitchen, entrance lobby and toilets. In 2009 an annex incorporating infants toilets was added. The premises are available for hire to any not for profit community group. When not required by not for profit groups the facilities may be hired by commercial organisations and individuals.

We are a community centre which is open for membership to persons from a young age to the elderly. We provide activities bingo, quizzes etc five nights a week. There is also dance, kickboxing and games sections which are open to anybody who wishes to take part.

This charity provides open spaces for general relaxation for parishoners of all ages and a meeting place for local organisations. This meeting place is the old village school with modern additions.

We are a community shop opening Tuesdays at 6pm weekly at Grange farm Hobbies Centre- we are a food waste initiative, saving food from going to landfill - we purchase from Fareshare and we collect donated items from local supermarkets for reduced prices, for people in and around our community.

The Club meets twice a month to plan fund raising projects, and also to consider and make charitable donations to worthy causes locally ,nationally,. All decisions are made in open meeting which are properly recorded. The President and the Trustees of the Club are all Club members and ensure that the constitution of the Club is adhered to in every respect by regularly attending Club meetings.

General Charitable purposes providing amateur sports facilities including outdoor football and cricket pitches, multi-use games equipment including tennis, basketball, indoor kurling, table tennis and short mat bowls. Assisting disadvantaged people in Barton upon Humber to purchase footwear clothing bedding and other essential items

Maintenance and running of a village hall to provide recreational and leisure time activities for the residents of Goxhill. Oversight of the use of a recreation ground by Goxhill's lawn bowling club.

Management of Ulceby village hall and playing field for the benefit of the residents of the village and community groups using the facilities.
