The principal objective is to provide a capital endowment available to provide the income which will be necessary to help the Parochial Church Council maintain the Churchyard and maintenance and renovation at the Holy Trinity Church, Abbots Leigh, Bristol.

We organise a range of fundraising activities such as Christmas and Summer fairs and school discos, to raise money to support Ravenswood school. This helps to advance the education of the pupils and also enhance their wellbeing. We provide facilities or items for education at the school, not provided from statutory funds. It's the little extras that make a difference.

The charity helps people of all ages who need financial support due to "poverty, hardship or distress". The charity has limited funds and is only able to give out small grant to successful applicants.

Acts as an umbrella group to support and facilitate contact between groups and individuals interested in local history and archaeology. Publishes a quarterly Newsletter, booklets and an annual list of speakers and leaders of walks; organises an annual local history study day; organises volunteers; offers schools prizes and small grants for local history research; liaises with local authorities

Raising funds to help maintain the fabric of St Laurence's Church, Westbury-sub-Mendip.

To advance the education of adults in the Bristol area, in literacy. We work on a 1:1 basis, with the Coach/Reader pair meeting twice each week. All Coaches are volunteers and are trained in the phonics method. All reading materials are provided for the Reader, at no cost to him/her. There is no time limit within which the Reader has to achieve a certain standard of literacy.

Grants to support Ministers in training, financial support of ministers in need, other financial support to those within the Baptist denominational family.

The fostering of Anglo Polish community relationship and mutual understanding through community projects. The sharing of Anglo Polish cultural activities in music, art, literature and family life.

The charity supports students attending the secondary phase Academies in Weston-super-Mare by providing grants for Humanities based field trips/visits covering historical, archeological, geographical, conservation and environment curriculum study or projects.

We offer advice and support to autistic women & girls through regular group sessions in Bristol, and seek to improve public and professional understanding of autism in women & girls through workshops and outreach.

We provide a range of activities aimed at supporting the over 50s particularly those that are lonely and isolated.

NDI supports elderly and disabled people, their relatives, and carers in North Somerset by:Promoting their care, welfare, and education.Providing information and advice on disability issues and helping identify benefit entitlement individuals may have.Working to improve the quality of their lives.Championing access issues.

Support group for Weston-super-Mare Museum. We hold speaker meetings, visits to other museums and heritage sites, and do fundraising. Some members do voluntary work in the museum. Also apply for grants for the museum's work

A rural youth movement for members aged between 10-26 years. YFC offers young people the opportunity to gain skills and confidence in public speaking, sports, cultural skills like dancing, drama, entertainments, pantomime and stockjudging, skills for life, training, social events and meetings.

Providing Ambulance Aid to Equestrian, Sporting and Community events. To provide training in First Aid to members of the public.
