Brunelcare is a registered charity and social landlord providing choice and care for older people in Somerset, North Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire and Bristol. Brunelcare provides sheltered and extra care housing, care homes and domiciliary care and support.

The College comprises two schools whose objects are to provide an all round education to boys and girls from age 2 to age 18.

The Trust provides support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. We offer Nursing and Residential Care in around 50 homes in the Bristol area, as well as Supported Living, Short Breaks, Day Care and Home Care. Services are tailored to meet individual needs and to support people to achieve their own goals.

Set up initially to take over delivering services for people with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex needs across Somerset, the organisation offers person-centred services to support people to live the life they choose, at home or in residential care. Part of the Dimensions UK Group, we aim to be an exemplar at providing living support to our customers.

The DBF undertakes three principle activities:i. It funds cost associated with the vast majority of Church of England clergy in the diocese,ii. It is responsible for the custody and management of the synod's fundsiii. It provides services to other councils and committees within the diocese, primarily PCCs and schools.

Provision of hospice care for life-limited children and their families

St Peter's Hospice is Bristol's only adult hospice caring for local people with life-limiting illnesses. Our commitment is to improve the quality of life of patients while extending care and support to their families and loved ones.

The Charity's Objects are to advance the education of boys and girls by the provision of a day and/or boarding school in or near Bath and by ancillary or incidental educational activities and other associated activities for the benefit of the community.

To promote and assist the work and purposes of the Church of England in the Diocese of Bath and Wells; to organise and provide funds in aid of the work and ministry of the church.

The advancement of the Roman Catholic religion throughout the Diocese of Clifton. The provision of pastoral and charitiable services in Roman Catholic parishes and within local communities. The provisoin of education through catholic and ecumenical schools and programmes of adult formation.

THE SCHOOL'S AIM IS TO PROVIDE A FIRST CLASS INDEPENDENT EDUCATION, FOR BOTH DAY AND BOARDING PUPILS, ENCOURAGING EACH INDIVIDUAL TO BELIEVE IN AND EXPLORE THEIR OWN POTENTIAL. THE SCHOOL OPERATES "IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE RELIGIOUS SOCIETY OF FRIENDS FOR THE EDUCATION OF THE CHILDREN OF THE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY OF FRIENDS AND OTHERS"

St Margaret's Hospice Care delivers and supports high quality, responsive and compassionate care to patients and their families facing a life-limiting illness within the community of Somerset. With hospice sites in Yeovil and Taunton, a community team caring for patients in their own homes and a 24-hour advice line, we strive to reach everyone that needs our care and expertise.

Provision of Homelessness prevention advice, Housing and support for young people (16-25), families, and vulnerable adults. Community, Youth and families work including Early Years Provision, Health and Wellbeing facilities, information and computer technology, lettings of rooms and facilities to local groups and agencies. Training opportunities through social enterprise activities.

Provision of high quality education to boys and girls

The relief of sickness and injury and the protection of human life by the provision and support of an air ambulance service for the benefit of the population of Dorset and Somerset.

Julian House provides a range of services to socially excluded people across the South West; particularly in the areas of homelessness, domestic abuse and community rehabilitation. We operate a range of supported housing projects, emergency hostel accommodation, advice services, assertive outreach support and a number of social enterprises. Not just changing lives. Often saving lives

The primary objective is to promote and assist the work and purposes of the Church of England in the Diocese of Bristol.

Freeways provides residential, supported living and day care services for adults with learning disabilities in Bristol, North Somerset, South Glouc and Bath & N East Somerset. Freeways provides a person centred range of activities tailored to meet individual needs. This can be residential accomodation to floating support, day care, in either the local community or at our Leigh Court Centre.

Provision of funds to sustain critical care operations for the Great Western Air Ambulance based in Bristol and covering Bristol, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Bath and North East Somerset, and providing secondary support for the county of Wiltshire.

For the advancement of education of boys and girls aged 4 to 13

To provide the best in palliative care by providing an appropriate and comfortable environment, well trained and sensitive staff to address the needs of patients and those around them. We work closely with colleagues in the primary care and hospital settings. Innovative practice is important to the hospice and we look forward to developing End of Life programmes to embrace a range of diseases.

Avon Needs Trees is acquiring suitable land in the Bristol-Avon Catchment Area tocreate new, permanent forest through reforesting and rewilding. We aim to lock upcarbon, improve biodiversity, mitigate flooding through natural means and to createopportunities for the public to engage with nature. Our first purchase was 34 acres atHazeland near Calne, where we have planted over 10,000 trees.
