We provide facilities and services for the recreation or other leisure-time occupation of the general public,in particular, but not exclusively, for people who are refugees and seeking asylum, in the north of England, with the object of improving their conditions of life and general well-being, primarily through the provision of horticultural and nature based activities.

We are a Voluntary Community Organisation providing space for a range of Community Groups and have lettings to raise funds to run the Centre.Activities include: Childcare for 0-10year olds, Marshal Arts, Dance, Games/Role Play, Yoga etc. See our Web site for the current programme.We have an OFSTED registered Childcare Setting (550093)

Maintenance of arms houses relief in need, hardship and distress in Newcastle upon Tyne, North Tyneside and South Tyneside and all places within 5 miles of the River Tyne.

We work with migrant people in the North East of England, especially Sunderland. We focus on those with limited access to information and support network, including migrants and refugee and the Eastern European community. We came to being in 2009 and have now converted to a CIO. Providing activities for children, young people and adults in order to have fun, meet friends, learn new skills, visit new places by participating in sports, arts and crafts, cookery, photography, performing arts, singing, dancing, gardening, games, quizzes, history, heritage, day trips, residentials, engaging with the community and programmes to promote independence and life skills.

Birkheads Wild supports young people in Gateshead and the wider North East area to build a better future for themselves - using the outdoors. By using the outdoors we help young people to grow in skills and confidence, to think for themselves and become more fulfilled. Our work helps young people to understand themselves better, to feel a sense of belonging, to grow in skills and confidence.

Our work is based around the four core areas of worship. learning and caring, service and evangelism. We provide a network of people who enable various experiences of worship. Personnel, technological and skill resources to equip churches and promote community development. Outreach events are also held to engage people with the central ingredients of the Christian faith.

To advance the education of young people in North Shields and the surrounding area by providing the opportunity and facilities for playing Association football and other sports capable of improving health.

Brunswick Methodist Church is part of the Methodist Church of Great Britain. Our strap line is 'The Church at the heart of the city'. We are the successors to John Wesley's [founder of the Methodist Church] first purpose built Methodist Church, we work to bring about change in people through a love of Christ, we act with Christian social justice, teaching, preaching and being a place of refuge.

The charity aim and mission statement is 'to enable the voices of vulnerable people in North Tyneside to be heard, through the provision of a range of independent advocacy services, tailored to the needs of the individual'. The main objectives and activities focus on the provision of case advocacy and citizen advocacy.

The charity exists to support the development of all children parents and Inclusion. We support children under school age by attending parent and toddler groups. We have an Inclusion team which delivers support to under school age children. The charity offers a toy loan library. advice, support and information to help all families and settings provide for the needs of their communities.

SMART WORKS IS A UK CHARITY THAT IS FOCUSED ON HELPING OUT-OF-WORK WOMEN ON LOW INCOMES GET INTO or RETURN TO THE WORKFORCE. WE PROVIDE INTERVIEW COACHING, HIGH QUALITY INTERVIEW CLOTHES AND STYLING ADVICE. WE HELP WOMEN TO FEEL CONFIDENT, LOOK FABULOUS, SUCCEED AT THEIR JOB INTERVIEW AND MOVE ON WITH THEIR LIFE.

The aim of MyBigCareer is to provide free one-to-one careers guidance to young people from the most disadvantaged backgrounds and thereby breakdown barriers to social mobility

To achieve the objectives of the charity through the provision of education and vocational training, provide counselling and advisory services and assist with advice and information to both individuals and charities.

True Colours Theatre provides performing arts classes for children and young people with additional needs and disabilities aged 4 to 21 in the North East.

The Charity will engage in a range of activities ,either on its own or with others, including; a) the celebration of public worship which is held on Sundays. Festivals are marked by special services with a community/ family appeal; b) the teaching of the Christian Faith c) mission & evangelism; d) pastoral work, including visiting the sick & bereaved.
