WE PROVIDE REGULAR MEETINGS FOR OUR MEMBERS, FOLLOW APPROPRIATE PROGRAMMES FOR THE DIFFERENT AGE RANGES, ENCOURAGING LEARNING, SELF DEVELOPMENT, DECISION MAKING AND TEAM LEADING.OUR MEMBERS ARE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE PART IN INTERNATIONAL GUIDING VISITS, CAMPS AND ADVENTUROUS ACTIVITIES.WE ARE OPEN TO ALL WOMEN AND GIRLS FROM THE AGE OF 5 AND WELCOME MEMBERS WITH DISABILITIES.

The objects of the CIO are to relieve persons in Wetherby, the immediate surrounding district, and the wider community, who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress in such ways as the Trustees from time to time think fit.

The principle activity of the Team is assisting the Police, Fire and Ambulance Services. We assist in the search for and evacuation of casualties who the other Emergency Services may be unable to assist.

To promote the Buddhist faith of the New Kadampa Tradition throughout Co. Durham, North Yorkshire and the Tees Valley.

The museum will be a community hub / exhibition space for celebrating our history, traditions and heritage. Our activities include open days, family heritage days, school workshops, guided walks, research groups and oral history projects. Our ethos is inclusive. We aim to provide life-long learning opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds and foster a sense of belonging and well-being.

Operates the library and provides a community hub for the people of Great Ayton

The object of York Unitarians CIO ("the Congregation") is the advancement of religion in accordance with the usages and practices of Unitarian and Free Christian Churches, and for other charitable purposes that the Trustees may from time to time determine.

We provide support for addicts who are struggling with alcohol dependancy or drug misuse.

Developing the skills of choral music and presenting concerts for the financial benefit of charitable and community groups. Performances are mostly , but not exclusively, within the City of York and North Yorkshire

We provide support groups for individuals affected by Tourettes Syndrome to meet others and access support. We provide a sibling support group for children with siblings who have SEND. We provide a support group for children with ADHD. We offer 1-2-1 support and advocacy. We deliver awareness talks to local schools, business and entertainment venues.

We rescue predominantly, but not exclusively, pound dogs at high risk of euthanasia. We rescue abandoned dogs.We provide assessment, training and rehabilitation, where necessary, prior to rehoming. We provide ongoing support for the dogs we rehome.We operate a non destruct policy unless advised by a veterinary surgeon on welfare grounds to do so.

A drop in centre for people with Multiple Sclerosis, their family and carers. We aim to help them cope with the affects of this disability through therapies, exercise and listening

We offer a variety of Worship Services on Sundays to people living in Bedale and the surrounding district e.g. Traditional, Cafe style and Themed Preach. Open Doors ( a time for coffee and care), Coffee Mornings and Lunches all offer fellowship, chat and pastoral care.The building is also available for Community use as a venue to meet.

Scarborough DAG is run by disabled people for disabled people, carers and those with an interest in disability. The group offers a comprehensive information and advice service covering benefits, access, discrimination, employment, holidays, leisure etc. The service is provided for people who live in the area of Scarborough and District.

The Living Rooms Northallerton offers a drop in centre for people experiencing trauma or distress in their lives. The centre provides a relaxed and safe space with trained volunteers who will listen and support people in need. In addition the centre also offers a holistic programme of activities to promote the health and well being of vulnerable people including crafts, gardening and meditation.

the provision and maintenance of a village hall to be used for meetings, lectures, classes and such other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation as the trustees may decide; and a recreation ground and facilities ancillary thereto for the use of inhabitants of the area of benefit

To engage and improve in underground, fell & mountain search & rescue and in animal rescue; to support safety procedures in associated activities and to assist police, ambulance and fire authorities in these and similar activities.

The operation of the Spurriergate Centre in York with associated counselling, listening and pastoral services

Glaisdale Playgroup works for the public benefit having as its objects the development and education of children and young people in particular by; promoting their care and safety; their education and parental involvement; their health and well being; providing services to support them and their families and carers; and furthering the aims of the Pre-school Learning Alliance.

Fundraising to redevelop the exsisting sports Pavillion. Develop extra play equipment for the children's play area. Install a MUGA. Encourage new sports/teams to the village

The objects of the CIO are:(1) The relief of poor and distressed Freemasons and their dependents or other relatives.(2) To relieve the needs of any person by any means that is charitable under the law ofEngland and Wales.(3) To advance any purpose that is charitable under the law of England and Wales bymaking grants to other charities, whether masonic or non-masonic.

Provision of football related activities for children 6 and above in the Ryedale area of North Yorkshire

The purpose of the club is to promote the amateur sport of cycling in Ilkley and the surrounding area, and community participation in the same area
