The Club objective is "The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities and resources for running and athletic". In reality this means organising and promoting at least four sessions per week of exercise and sport training classes in the Scarborough (North Yorkshire) area. Appleton Roebuck Preschool Group supports the development, education, care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people by providing services to support them and their families. We run a friendly, caring village pre-school for children age 2 to 4 years (and other groups when possible, such as Out of School Club and Toddler Group) to support children and families in the Appleton Roebuck area.
