We run three weekly youth club sessions for school Yrs 5-6, 7-8 and Yrs 9 upward at Old Blacksmiths, 83, Market Place, Thirsk. We engage especially with young people uninterested in main stream youth activities, aiming to support them and the local community to empower, raise aspirations, and give hope. We partner with local organisations, North Yorkshire Youth, police and schools.

The Playing Fields Association provides and maintains sports and recreational facilities for the benefit of all age groups in the community. It also provides in-door facilities for pre-school and out of school educational groups as well as local group activities.

We seek to support bereaved children, young people and their families living in the York area so that they are better able to cope with the impact of grief on their lives. We do this by running monthly peer support drop-in sesssions, offering a 1:1 therapeutic support service for those children who need it as well as recreational activities, a parental support group and training days for schools.

Owning and managing Welburn Village Hall for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Welburn and Crambeck without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, nationality, race or political, religious or other opinions through the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time

Fylingdales Village Hall Trust serves the needs of the community for local access to social, educational and leisure activities.

Raising funds for Western Primary School

The Charity provides play equipment and sports facilities for the residents of Carperby and the surrounding villages

The Mowbray Gateway Club provides a safe place for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs to get together to enjoy social ,leisure and sporting activities. The club currently provides access to a variety of activities and opportunities including a social club, a sports club ,a dance club, a singing and signing choir, a community sing and praise event and craft activities .

TO ENCOURAGE AND EXTEND CULTIVATION OF DELPHINIUMS AMONG MEMBERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC; TO COLLECT AND DISSEMINATE INFORMATION UPON ALL MATTERS CONCERNING DELPHINIUMS AND PROVIDE AND ORGANISE LECTURES, HOLD EXHIBITIONS, VISITS AND OUTINGS TO PLACES OF HORTICULTURAL INTEREST FOR MEMBERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

WEEKLY MEETINGS BOTH SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL

The object of the Association is to advance the education of the pupils of the school.

The Group operates in accordance with the Policy, Organisation and Rules of the Scout Association providing training to youngsters between the ages 6 to14 years of age in three sections (Beavers,Cub Scouts and Scouts).

The Village Hall serves Kirkby Fleetham, Great Fencote, Little Fencote and Great Langton in North Yorkshire without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions. There are regular meetings, talks, classes and other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for this rural community..

Synergy hosts innovative conversations for small groups and networks, with the aim of encouraging more integrated communities in Teesside. Through learning communities and direct action in different spheres, we support grassroots activism and community organising.

Charity concentrates on nature conservation & renewal with particular emphasis on natural deciduous woodlands, and the rural craftspeople who work in the sector. Also contributes to research, as moth & insect surveys. Supports young farmers entering the sector with a farming with nature agenda on specific projects. Emphasis on North and East Yorkshire

Oatlands Community Centre is a voluntary, not-for-profit organisation and a registered charity (No 1177578) situated on Mount Street, Harrogate. Our main aim is to provide non regulated services and activites for families, young people and the elderly across our community by providing community space available for hire to host a wide range of community and private events.

The activities of the charity are twofold - a) the advancement of education of pupils in the School - Clause 2 of our Constitution and/or b) public benefit being the support on an annual basis of a nominated charity

Letting and maintaining Thornton-le-Beans Village Hall and organizing the Annual Show and Children's Sports Day in the village.
