Our vision is to be a source of encouragement, inspiration and creativity to churches of all denominations in their ministry to children and young people within the area of the Anglican Diocese of Leeds. Our main areas of work: loaning resources; working with Parishes to provide 'Open the Book' in schools; offering support and training for all those involved in children's ministry.

The Charity operates from my office/home. Myself, my assistant, my sister, daughter and secretary are all involved although myself and my assistant are the main persons involved.Hopefully as time goes on we may get other volunteers to assist.We will raise funds through fundraising, donations and events, I will also donate monies from my company and personally to get us started! Kirby Misperton Village Hall serves a village of around 150 households. The venue is used for a range of sporting and recreational activities by villagers; by other local groups for leisure and cultural activities; and by seasonal visitors to the area. The hall is also available for hire to villagers and others for private functions.

For the benefit of the public/ local community we take in abandoned and unwanted dogs from the Yorkshire Coast Area, provide any necessary medical treatment and place them in kennels or foster homes until new homes are found.

The WRCB is a community wind band open to everyone aged over 18 who is interested in playing wind or percussion instruments in a band setting. The Band has both a Training Band, for beginners, and a Main Band, for more advanced players. We regularly play publically to inform and entertain, and work with schools and other groups to provide musical opportunites for younger groups and soloists
