The aim of Rushden Sea Cadets is to INSPIRE local youngsters to broaden their horizons, gaining confidence, skills for life and values through a broad range of FUN and challenging activities, delivered by a highly MOTIVATED team of engaging volunteers, and based on the customs and traditions of the Naval Service. We are a member group of The Riding for the Disabled Association which co-ordinates all groups ensuring standards of safety & teaching & providing information & training opportunities.Riding sessions are taken by a trained instructor and each rider has up to three helpers according to their level of competence.

The Society acts as consultees to North Northamptonshire Council and is an inner pressure group for planning issues. The Society aims to raise awareness of architectural design and aims to encourage civic pride.

BROOKSIDE HALL IS A COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTRE, BUILDING A VOLUNTEER BASE & ENCOURAGING RESIDENTS TO DEVELOP RESOURCES & COMMUNITY COHESION.WE OFFER COURSES TO ENABLE THE MOST VULNERABLE TO INCREASE SELF-CONFIDENCE, EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS & LIFE SKILLS, INCREASING SOCIAL INTERACTION. WE WORK TOWARDS BUILDING LIFE CONFIDENCE & ADDING VALUE TO THE LOCAL RESIDENT'S LIVES.

We have provided financial and other support to the Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Service to further the advancement of the musical education of students in the County Youth Music groups. Funds were raised by holding various concerts throughout the year, operating a tuck shop at the Kettering Road site, producing and selling "hoodies" and producing and selling audio and photo cds.

Village Hall providing a meeting place for community activities. Used by groups such as W.I., Senior Citizens' Club, Lunch Club, Parish Council, as well as for activities such as dance, karate, yoga and dog training classes, quizzes etc. Facility for social fundraising functions such as dances, fetes, film and quiz nights. For hire as a venue for weddings, parties and similar functions.

Provision of facilities for the local community. For example the hall is used for Adult Education and other classes, Parish Council meetings, Brownies, Air Scouts, private functions etc.

The aim of the charity is to raise money that can be used to enhance our children's learning and enjoyment whilst at Pattishall School.

Campaigning to protect rural England in Northamptonshire

It is the aim of Friends of Finedon Schools to raise funds for school equipment and events to benefit the children's education at Finedon Schools.

The Trust Property shall be held upon trust for the purposes of a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Byfield and the neighbourhood without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions, and in particular for use for meetings, lectures and classes, and recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

Provides financial assistance through grants for heating bills to pensioners, plus small pensions to those pensioners living alone; help with costs of study materials for young people undertaking formal study; and help with bills for parishioners in financial hardship or distress.

To promote public education in the study and research of the history and archaeology of Market Harborough and district (approx. 10 mile radius) by collection, collation and dissemination of information by, holding lectures, discussions and visits. undertaking historical and archaeological studies. maintaining and augmenting the collections. promoting the publication of historical information.

Fundraising. School fundraising charity. Christmas and May Fayres, plus other events throughout year.

Sponsoring and managing events, arranging collections and receiving donations for fund raising. Making donations in cash or kind, activities for disadvantaged young and old people, educational events for young people of all abilities, educational links with overseas students, helping to sponsor international aid projects where needed. Managing 4 'in-house' trusts.

Easton on the Hill Village Hall is for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Easton on the Hill in the County of Northamptonshire without distinction of political, religious, or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
