The Bede House is maintained & administered by & as part of The PCC St. Mary's Church. It is used for church activities, fund raising and social events & is available for hire to other organisations.

Fundraising to supplement letting income to ensure the facility is maintained and develops to meet the needs of the community and user organisations.

As a village hall we hire the building to regular users including: - Dance class, keep fit club, indoor bowls, Parish Council meetings, after school club, camera club, yoga. We also hire the hall for parties, receptions and other casual uses. Once a year the hall is used for an OAP christmas party funded and organised by a seperate committee. Poling Venue during elections.

Community Concert - Hour of Solution hosted the local community to a praise night service, with various Gospel musicians ministering. This enhanced cohesion in the local community. The charity hopes to deepen its relationship with the community in 2018

Running events to raise funds for Milton Parochial Primary School

The objectives of the Society is to promote high standards of planning, civic pride, public education in the geography, history and architecture within Peterborough. Also to secure protection and to preserve the development and improvement of features of historic, cultural or public interest throughout the city and its' environs.

The objects of the Society are to advance the education of the public by exhibitions, presentations and the establishment and maintenance of the Carpetbagger Aviation Museum at Harrington

The charity provides grants to persona under the age of 25 years residing in the ancient parish of Welford for the purposes of supporting their education

Scouting activities for ages six to fourteen years.

Organises an annual festival of performing arts including music, speech and drama for performers of all ages and abilities.

To provide sporting opportunities for the residents of Deanshanger and surrounding settlements by maintaining and promoting the use of the playing fields.. The promotion of healthy lifestyles by encouraging the use of the playing fields especially by the young in the village is a major aim of the organisation as is the development of the facilities including the sports pavilion.

Provides building/facilities for community use.

Members form interest groups covering as wide a range of topics and activities as they desire; by the members, for the members. No qualifications are sought or offered. Learning is for its own sake, with enjoyment being the prime motive. There is no distinction between the learners and the teachers; they are all U3A members.

THE CHARITY WAS CREATED IN 1997 AND OPERATES UNDER THE SHORTER NAME OF RIESS. IT HOLDS PERIODIC SEMINARS AT APETHORPE PALACE (PE85DJ) ON EAST WEST STRATEGIC RELATIONS AND HAS STRONG ASSOCIATION WITH OXFORD UNIVERSITY AND CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY.
