As a Community Shed we provide a place in Northampton where local people, particularly older or partially-disabled people, can learn, teach, and pursue practical interests and skills, for themselves and others. Here people can engage in charitable practical work at a relaxed and leisurely pace, in a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment.

The association is established for charitable objectives and purposes only and for the care, welfare, interest, treatment, education and advancement of persons with any form of Cerebral Palsy or with a related disability, their families and carers (hereinafter referred to as the 'clients').

Friends Of MAPS works with the school, parents, pupils and the local community to host a range of events and activities, including Discos, Bingo, Christmas events and our popular Summer Fair

To raise funds for Yardley Hastings School to spend on such things as books, outside equipment and enrich the pupils learning.

The Charity is established to provide support to the educational work of the Warriner School Farm being part of the Warriner Multi Academy Trust, Bloxham Oxfordshire. The Charity aims to raise money to make grants to the farm for specific purposes. It also leases land which it makes available to the Farm. The Farm provides educational service in conservation, agriculture and animal care locally.

The Kettering Mencap Gateway Club operates on Wednesday evenings from 7 until 9pm at The Crescents Community Centre in Kettering. The social evening for adults over 18 years with a Learning Disability has a programme of events including Bingo, Discos, Bowling and Games. Refreshments are also included.

Usual Village Activities

We are an association run by parents and teachers of Oundle Primary School. We raise money through events held locally which are run by parents and teachers of the school. Examples of events held are an Auction of Promises and a Christmas Fair.

The provision, development and maintenance of a Recreation Ground with suitable equipment and facilities for the use of local children and young people.

The charity's objectives are:(a) to arouse and foster interest in the Cathedral throughout the Diocese and beyond; and(b) to assist with funds to preserve the fabric of the Cathedral and associated buildings and to assist in the preservation and enrichment of the ornaments and furnishings of the Cathedral and the maintenance and development of its worship and mission.

IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WE ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE INTEGRATION AND COHESION AMONG PEOPLE FROM ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS PARTICULARLY THOSE THAT HAVE RECENTLY MIGRATED FROM ZIMBABWE, NIGERIA, INDIA & PAKISTAN etc. IN AFRICA & ASIA WE AIM TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SUFFERING AMONG VULNERABLE PEOPLE. WE ALSO WORK TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF AFRICAN MUSIC & ARTS IN THE UK THROUGH STAGE PERFOMANCES.

The trustees of the charity, with other members of the management committee, are elected yearly to manage the operation, maintenance and development of Crick Village Hall for the benefit of the whole community

This is a Friends charity which exists to fundraise for and make grants to Towcester Studio Band, a traditional brass band which was founded in Towcester in 1910.

Situated almost on the Equator, Iganga is a lively market town in central Uganda. Following an initial local authority link, the 'Friends' was set up in 2001. Activities of the Friends centre on public health and education. Projects centre on environmental health and medical services, supporting an orphanage and community groups, and working with schools in Iganga and UK.

CHF supports the conservation of arts and heritage and the training of conservation craft skills, all for the public benefit.
