The relief of poverty amongst the pensioners of the parish of Oundle.

Greens Norton Village Hall was sold by the charity in 2021 as it was no longer viable to continue with operating as a venue for hire. It has taken some time to move forward as to the future of the charity, but it has now been agreed in April of 2023 that the charity can move forward as a funding body with a change to its purpose and a revised trust deed confirmed.

Grants are available to students who are residents of Burton Latimer Parish who are attending college of further education or university. There is no upper age limit.

We raise funds to add items or experiences to help ensure a fulfiling and happy time to the pupils whilst at Walgrave Primary School.

Fundraising to provide a centre for Village activities

The East Midlands Funding Forum is an information, training and support network for Funders. The Funding Forum supports its membership by network meetings and themed training events.

Meet weekly for dancing, games and general interaction. Go on holidays organised by National/Regional Phab. Have outings to bowling, discos (with other Phab/Mencap Groups), go for local walks.

The trustees apply the clear income of the charity "for the advancement and general good of the parishioners of the Parish of Long Buckby".
