Thrapston Primary School PTFA strives to raise funds to enhance the learning experience of every child that attends its nursery and school. We provide the parents of the school with information and help to settle into the school and local community and work with the school to involve parents in their childs education. We host social events for the whole community to raise funds.

Relief of need in the parish of Grendon

Members meet 3 times weekly at the Weston Favell Community Hall for social gathering and activities such as card games, dancing, table tennis, health and safety and culture activities. The club also organise events like Chinese New Year, Mid-autumn Festival and Christmas celebration.Activities are open to people in Northampton who are interested in our activities.

Monthly meetings offering support and professional information/talks to Prostate Cancer sufferers and their partners, families and friends in Cambridge and East Anglia

Provide and maintain an open space known as "Desborough Millennium Green" for the benefit of the inhabitants of Desborough. The green to be used in perpetuity as an area for informal recreation, play or other leisure time occupations and as a meeting place for community events

To assist serving and former members of the Royal Air Force with either financial help, respite care or information on other forms of assistance as and when the need arises.

To run an Annual Lecture in Northamptonshire for parents, carers, autistic people and professionals to advance learning in the condition.
