The POOR'S ALLOTMENT charity is based in Croughton, South Northants.The charity is for the residents of Croughton who fall on hard times or village organisations which may require assistance.

In accordance with the terms of the Trust , the available income is paid for the maintenance of church graveyard, as directed by the will. The Trustees are satisfied that these purposes remain charitable and for the public benefit.The Trustees have complied with the duty in Section 4 of the Charity Act 2006 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission

The object of the association is to advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by:2.1 Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school2.2 Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

Currently focusing on providing recreational and guidance services to young people in Northamptonshire via arts and crafts projects, seminars, workshops and interactions to promote happy and healthy functionality and expression mainly in young people and also minimize the lack of purpose or nothing to do which lead to mental health issues, lack of social and work skills, misbehavior and crime.

The income derived from renting the Ashton Charity Fields is distributed to Ashton's pensioners at Christmas to help with heating bills.

A one-week basic business skills programme designed to provide entrepreneurial skills for use by young entrepreneurs in the informal economies of Africa. The programme is delivered via workshops staffed by student volunteers from the UK and in partnership with a local in-country agent.

Provide educational grants to applicants who live within the Bulwick village parish

The Charity holds about 90% of the land and buildings occupied by the Northampton High School for Girls.

For Maintaining the churchyard of All Saints, Sudborough, in particular the Dalby Graves. Secondly for church fabric.

The Charity gives money annually to individuals who meet the Charity's criteria.

Relief to asylum seekers and those granted refugee status in the UK, living in Kettering and the North Northants by support services to advance them in life and assist them with the adaption within a new community, with the aim of:(1) Preserving and protecting physical and mental health(2) Advancing education and training; and(3) Relief from financial hardship and unemployment

Collect & display telecommunucation related artifacts & ephemera. Provide 'enquiry' service to the public.

Religious activities

Aid to any apprentice and student resident in the Parish of Piddington under 25 years of age.

We work with our school, parents, pupils and the local community to put on fund raising events andactivities, including a fireworks night event and summer fete for the whole community, and after schoolfilm nights and games nights for the school pupils. We use our funds to purchase a range of goods and services that helpadvance the education of pupils at our school.

Fundraising activities

No activities other than giving money to organisations to allow children to participate in educational activities that have to be paid for ie school trips.

We receive income from the John Lynn & Poor Lands Charities. We share this income amongst recipients domiciled with in the Parish of Southwick.

The charity was established to encourage the playing of rugby football (or such other games to promote physical education and development) amongst young people aged under 21 years in the East Midlands Rugby Football Union area.

General charitable purposes including providing advise and information,training and support which empowers individuals.Promoting evangelism and practical christian living initiatives

The fund offers support to local children with serious illnesses and disabilities, providing specialist equipment, and organised activities, and operates within a 12 mile radius of Daventry, Northamptonshire.
