For some it gives a positive focus away from diagnosis and treatment and may be a final chance to create lasting memories. The Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (CIHT) is a learned society concerned specifically with the planning, design, construction, maintenance and operation of land-based transport systems and infrastructure. It serves the transport profession for the benefit of society and its members.

The objectives of the charity are to improve women's health through the provision, advancement and dissemination of the highest quality education, standards and research information around ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology.

The Foundation's programme, Look Good Feel Better, is a national charity helping to boost the physical and emotional wellbeing of people living with cancer.
