Genetic Alliance UK is an alliance of over 230 charities and support groups. We have a 30-year track record of working together to improve the lives of people in the UK with lifelong and complex genetic and rare conditions. We run two long-standing projects, Rare Disease UK and SWAN UK.

The charity runs a museum and a library, as well as undertaking a range of projects in order to support dentists within Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Maternity Action works to challenge inequality and promote wellbeing for pregnant women, new mothers and their families. Maternity Action provides telephone advice and web-based information on maternity and parental rights; training for health professionals, advisers and community workers;and undertakes research, policy and campaigning.

The Charity's priority is the provision of support and information to those affected by ovarian cancer. Ovacome provides support across the UK in many ways, including; face to face support groups; phone lines; an online forum. Ovacome provides up to date information and raises awareness of the symptoms among the medical community and public. The Charity supports appropriate research.

To advance, formally and informally, public participation in and public understanding and enjoyment of, the conservation of biological resources, together with their sustainable and wise use, by providing public access to biological records, data or information pertaining to the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

The Grocers' Charity is the charitable arm of the Grocers' Company, a City of London Livery Company. The Charity is a grant-awarding body to UK registered charities working in designated areas of need that encompasses education, the Church, the relief of poverty, support for the arts, heritage, young people, medicine, environment and those with disabilities.

The object of the CIO is the relief of unemployment for the public benefit in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment.

The Trust continues to make donations to small local Charities dealing with all kinds of disadvantage, with preferences to neighbourhood based community projects and for innovatory work with less popular groups.In the year ending April 2018 £458,000 was made available to 114 Registered Charities.

A national childhood cancer charity concentrating on raising awareness of all types of childhood cancers, in particular on education on the symptoms and signs that children may present with enabling earlier diagnosis. Research into rare cancers in children which are typically under researched and have poor survival rates. We also provide support for families affected by childhood cancer.

We are dedicated to delivering fixed wing air transfers for seriously ill babies and children who require a planned medical transfer to, from or within the UK. We work closely with the NHS and a network of aeromedical transport providers to support our beneficiaries.

We train and provide dogs at no charge to children and adults of any age, anywhere in the UK, whose lives may significantly benefit from having an assistance dog. Through the provision of our assistance dogs, trained to mitigate the disabling aspects of autism, we are committed to creating and maintaining successful partnerships that impact positively on the lives of autistic people and families.

Christian Conservation Organisation

People of goodwill working together for safer, stronger communities. We bring lasting change to communities across the UK by inspiring, enabling and supporting multi-agency partnership initiatives between third sector groups, statutory agencies, churches, community groups and local people.We deliver dynamic projects that are innovative, cost-effective, volunteer-led and sustainable.

Inspiring Girls is dedicated to raising the aspirations of girls around the world by connecting them with female role models. We facilitate volunteers going into schools or attending specific speed-networking events to talk to girls about their life, career, choices and experiences. We also manage an online video library where girls can find interviews of volunteers talking about their careers.

The charity seeks to advance the Christian religion by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to the Bible mainly through:- 1) Broadcasting and distributing Christian messages 2) Producing and distributing literature 3) Holding local church meetings and assemblies 4) Ordaining and granting credentials or licences to preach to such individuals considered by the charity to be qualified.

Ann Craft Trust is a national charity working with organisations who have safeguarding adults responsibilities and in the interests of people who may be at risk of abuse.We do this through:- Advice, guidance and signposting- Consultation and audits- Publications and resources- Training, seminars, workshops and conferences- Research

PROMOTING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE POLICE SERVICE IN THE UK BY THE RELIEF OF:(A) BENEFICIARIES IN CASES OF NEED/HARDSHIP/DISTRESS;(B) MENTAL/PHYSICAL SICKNESS/DISABILITY/INFIRMITY AMONG AMONG BENEFICIARIES;

We are a UK network of practitioners, policy makers and researchers working with children and young people who are at risk, or who have experience of, sexual exploitation, and their families and carers. We offer support and advice; support research and policy development informed by practice; organise practitioners seminars and facilitate the sharing of learning via the internet.

Religious activities

The principal aim of the institute is to advance the understanding of the ScienceTechnology and Engineering practice of Corrosion Control and to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas thereon for the public benefit.

Beyond the Streets provides specialist and high-quality support to women selling sex, often for survival, and who are subjected to exploitation and abuse. Services include national remote support service, local outreach, 1:1 support, advocacy, and counselling. We lead an affiliate network, and provide training, data insights and expert consultancy to a range of organisations and professionals.

The advancement of musical education for the public benefit, in particular for young people with special education needs and/or disabilities and/or from disadvantaged backgrounds, and providing advice, information and support to their teachers and parents or carers.

ONE DANCE UK IS THE NATIONAL VOICE FOR DANCE, ADVOCATING FOR THE INCREASED PROFILE OF DANCE IN ALL ITS DIVERSE AND DYNAMIC FORMS. BY WORKING WITH AND ON BEHALF OF THE DANCE SECTOR, ONE DANCE UK AIMS TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE, LONGER DANCE CAREERS AND TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS IN WHICH DANCE IS CREATED, PERFORMED AND EXPERIENCED.
