The objects of the Charity are to promote worldwide education in Laryngology Otology & Rhinology to improve treatment of patients suffering from diseases of the ear nose throat and neck by publishing The Journal of Laryngology and Otology: to disseminate educational material through its website: to give awards for the best research published in The Journal: to support trainees in ENT.

Hostage International provides practical and emotional support and specialist services to families during and after the kidnap of a loved one, and to hostages after they return home. Hostage International also offers education and training for organisations on family support and hostage reintegration, and advocates for improved government and organisational policy and practice on hostage issues.

ASET is the UK professional body for placement and employability staff at HE and FE institutions. It has been the catalyst for the development of guidelines and the dissemination of best practice in many areas. It also seeks to champion the general concept of work-based learning. ASET offers support, advice, representation and strategic leadership to all professionals who work in the sector.

NASMA acts as a focus for information exchange between practitioners in the field of student funding, bringing together professionals from across the sector encouraging the free exchange of ideas.We work closely with national decision makers and their influences on student finance policy.In addition we work with other relevent sector organisations to promote the needs of students and our members.

Own My Life, the operating name of the charity, is an innovative, creative and educational resource supporting women and girls in regaining ownership of their lives when they have been subjected to abuse or violence.

The charity (MVS) trains its members in maritime, engineering, operations and communications skills.The MVS has a policy of positive social inclusion and around 30% of members are from the disadvantaged sectors of society.MVS members use their skills to support local and national authorities in times of major events, emergencies both real and exercised and in civil resilience.

The Council for Learning Outside the Classroom is the independent charity responsible for promoting and championing learning outside the classroom nationally. It represents all the key organisations involved in learning outside the classroom and is the awarding organisation for the Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge.
