The Trust owns a crescent of properties, the properties are rented out. Tenants are chosen because of their connection to the Borough of Berwick upon Tweed following their service or that of a close family member to the armed forces. The Trust offers affordable housing to those people with low incomes and little or no capital.

Contact provides a safe space and drop-in centre for those affected by mental ill-health and their carers. We provide mentally stimulating activities to encourage participation and to reduce social isolation. We offer a Counselling / Therapy Service for those in need covering SE Northumberland. The Club aims to provide or assist the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation, in particular facilities for playing football, of children and young people under the age of 21, with the object of improving their conditions of life, within a safe, disciplined and friendly environment for all members.

Operating throughout the Choppington Parish, the Welfare provides sporting, social and community facilities. With three pitches and a multi user games area, the Welfare acts as a sporting hub for the wider community and provides expert coaching for cricket, football & bowls.Open on a daily basis and run entirely by volunteers we provide a home for many local voluntary organisations and clubs.

The premises are used by:-A Pre-School Play Group, Theatrical Society, Ballet Classes for ages 4 to Adult, Mixed Badminton, Ladies Badminton, Modern Dance Classes, Young People's Modern Dance Classes, Tea Dances, Old Time Dancing, Theatre Dance Classes and Scottish Country Dancing, Pilates, Fitness Sessions, Strength & Balance and Aerobics for the over 50's (NHS Project).

Seaton Sluice Community Association own and manage the local Community Centre offering a range of leisure activities and educational courses. Community groups and local people are able to hire the premises and activities range from parent and toddler groups and youth clubs to the Women's Institute. Activities are as varied as Yoga, Craft Club, Woodworking,Choirs and the local history society.
