HD Kidz provides a range of fun, therapeutic, and educational activities to children and young people with a range of hidden disabilities and their families.

Operates East Ord Village Hall, Berwick upon Tweed. The Hall is used by many local charitable and amateur organisations. It is also hired out on occasions to professional bodies. The Committe are responsible for the hiring, maintenance and safety of the Village hall building and control of the finances.

BACKWORTH HALL SCOUTS ACTIVELY ENGAGES AND SUPPORTS YOUNG PEOPLE IN THEIR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, EMPOWERING THEM TO MAKE A POSITIVE CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY. THE GROUP PROVIDES AN ACTIVE PROGRAM ON A WEEKLY TERM TIME BASIS AS WELL AS EXTERNAL ACTIVITIES.

To maintain,manage and promote Seaton Delaval and Holywell Community Centre in furtherance of the Associations objectives.

Provide a wide range of accessible and affordable activities for autistic people and those with related conditions and their families within the local community

To advance the education and to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for the recreation and other leisure-time activities for the Hindu community in the North East of England in the interests of their social welfare and with the object of improving their conditions of life.

Commissioning and create public artworks e.g. murals

The Bamburgh Four & Twenty manages an agricultural property by renting out the land, property and buildings to 3rd parties. The Charity manage and preserve the property. The Charity operates in Northumberland near Bamburgh. Surplus funds received from rents less operating costs are either retained or donated to St. Aidans Church Bamburgh to help with the up keep and maintenance of the Church.

The promotion for the benefit of the public of urban and rural regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation and in particular Haydon Bridge and Haydon Parish in the County of Northumberland.Current activities include running of Community Library and Visitor Information Point, and Community website for Haydon Parish www.haydon-bridge.co.uk

The Hall has had a good year as it has been free from major repairs. The fundraising committee have done an excellent job but events still need more support from villagers.

The aim of the Parish Hall Trust is to manage the day to day running of the Parish Hall and maintaining the integrity of the building so that it is fit for the purpose of hiring to local activity groups and for private hire by the public. The trust are responsible for collecting hire charges and arranging fund raising events to supply the income necessary for the day to day running costs.

Provision of a museum exhibition at a World War site

The charity owns, maintains and runs the Haydon Bridge Community Centre. This includes organising the hire of the premises by community groups, educational and social organisations and for recreational activities.

Provides educational and cultural services via orchestral music.

To demonstrate and publicly present the Truth as set forth in the Bible and interpreted by Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science in her book "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures".

The North East Trust for Aphasia supports people in the North East who have aphasia. Aphasia is a communication problem, often following stroke, which can affect an adult's ability to speak, read, write and understand other people. It can have devastating effects on peoples' lifes. NETA has set up a Support Centre for people with aphasia which offers support via communication and project groups.

Aid gathering and distribution to refugees

NSRA promotes the playing of squash and squash57 throughout Northumbria by organising coaching, running competitions such as County Championships (Senior, Masters and Junior) and County Leagues, and providing information and advice to venues with squash courts on how to maximise their use.

FUNDRAISING TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENT AND RESOURCES FOR THE FIRST SCHOOL CHILDREN

Berwick & District Friends of Dementia supports persons in the district of Berwick-upon-Tweed who are diagnosed with mild to moderate dementia, and their families and carers. It does this by means of social opportunities and appropriate activities. Its main undertaking is Alz Cafe, held each Thursday in a rented premises in Berwick for social activity, and refreshments are provided.
