We are the successors to John Wesley's [founder of the Methodist Church] first purpose built Methodist Church, we work to bring about change in people through a love of Christ, we act with Christian social justice, teaching, preaching and being a place of refuge.

The charity exists to support the development of all children parents and Inclusion. We support children under school age by attending parent and toddler groups. We have an Inclusion team which delivers support to under school age children. The charity offers a toy loan library. advice, support and information to help all families and settings provide for the needs of their communities.

The main aim of the Society is to promote agricultural in Northumberland - one of the ways of doing this is by holding an annual Agricultural Show, held on last bank Holiday Monday in May.

Youth Project offering recreational and educational activities, projects and intervention for young people age 11- 25.This will include information, advice and guidance through our Employability Project, accreditations and awards as well as Teen Bar evening activities, with an emphasis on raising awareness on health related issues that affect young people.

In furthering this objective the Managing Trustees will have regard to -a.the advancement of education in accordance with the doctrines of The Church of Englandb.the needs of students undergoing training as teachers.

The South East Northumberland Methodist Circuit advances the Christian faith by providing worship, teaching, mission, and pastoral care. It resources local churches, offers buildings and facilities for community use, supports children, families, and older people, and works with others to serve the wider community.
