We provide a weekly riding lesson from March to October for a small group of disabled riders at a riding centre based near Blidworth Nottinghamshire. The benefit the riders get is immense, from helping to improve their core strength to boosting their confidence or helping to improve their communication skills which in turn gives them more confidence to build relationships.
