Our vision in managing Eagle's Nest Community Centre is to provide a multi-use, multi generational community hub of excellence that is widely used by the people of Arnold. We will build community, be a catalyst for volunteer projects and partner with others to increase social provision.

Organising social and fund raising events to raise money for school projects

Target Archery Club with access for shooting available 365 days per year to members. We offer Have a Go sessions and Beginners courses to all ages and abilities, both male and female, by prior arrangement. These are supervised by Archery GB qualified coaches, who are also available to help club members wishing to improve their standard of shooting.

Scouting activities for young people aged 6 to 18

To apply such of the income as the Trustees determine for the benefit of The Retreat, York, (a non-profit making Registered Nursing Home) to make grants to meetings of the Religious Society of Friends and to enable travelling in the Ministry.

A University of the Third Age is a learning co-operative of retired and semi retired people .It enables members to share many educational, creative and leisure activities. Activities are organised mainly in our 48 Interest groups that meet regularly. Our 470 members, through sharing their knowledge, skills and experience, learn from each other.Hucknall and District U3A is in Nottinghamshire .

The objects of the Association shall be the study and practice of choral music, in particular church music in order to foster the public knowledge and appreciation of such music by means of public performance and to promote the development of the Choir of Southwell Minster.

1st Gotham Scout Group aims to provide young people from the age of 6 to 18, and beyond, the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities designed to motivate and challenge them, whist having fun with their friends and peers. The section leaders and trustees are volunteers passionate about the enrichment of young people.

The Charity gives assistance to people in need who are resident in Bingham and to organisations with proven benefit to Bingham residents

Within the structure of the scout movement, to provide leadership, advice and support for the scout groups in the Newark Scout district and to promote the development of scouting.

Raise funds to meet the aspirations for Islamgarh Welfare Trust (IWT,) which provides primary health care and community education facilities for the poor and needy people in and around the town of Islamgarh in Mirpur, AK, Pakistan. The IWT has just completed construction of a Community Hospital.

We run and maintain our local community centre, we administer the hiring of the centre by a nursery and local groups and residents for the provision of community activities or parties. We also organise events in order to raise money for the continued maintenance and necessary upgrades to the building.

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities for Judo, together with ancillary activities designed to improve health and fitness through physical exertion. These activities are provided via coached sessions to groups of individuals, taking place in Beeston, Nottinghamshire during weekday evenings and occasionally on a Saturday.

A Village Hall and Playing Field provided for the benefit of the parishioners of Gunthorpe, Nottingham.

Providing services for local Chinese people and Chinese related issues. 1) Improve the quality of life of Chinese people with language and intergation problems. 2) Providing a range of support services for Chinese people. Our services include: Housing assistance, Home visiting, Translation, Counselling Services, help with GP, dentists and hospital appointments, help with forms and letters.

Supporting other charities who help to alleviate suffering and poverty. Embark On Evangelical Missions, organise Leadership Training, Teachings, Seminars, Counselling, Discussions, and Revival.

Make grants to specific church linked organisations inc school, charities etc for general charitable purposes

As in Section 5 of the original document PLUS:Newark & District U3A currently operates 40 groups within its organisation, all of which are autonomous but are managed according to the Aims & Principles of the Third Age Trust in that they are self financing and maintain a break-even policy of financial management
