NSART is a group of highly trained volunteers working alongside Nottinghamshire Police to search for and rescue high risk missing vulnerable people, including people with dementia, suicidal and children.NSART is available 365 days a year; 24 hours a day free of charge. NSART is associated to Lowland Rescue and UKSAR.Mutual aid to other UKSAR teams, Police, Ambulance and Fire services.

The activities of our charity are fund raising, e.g. school fete, childrens' discos, sale of calendars etc. The proceeds of these activities are donated to schemes which benefit the school children.

We are a PTA and hold a number of events during the year to raise money to support Coddington C of E Primary School. These include fundraising events such as a Christmas fair, school discos, mothers and father's day gifts, pop up shops, summer fetes and our school lottery.

General fund raising on local areas

Events and activities are undertaken within the WI regulations, to provide women with educational opportunities and to build new skills, to campaign on important issues that matter to them and their communities.

Provision of activities for adults with learning disabilities in City of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, namely weekly clubs for drama, dance and poetry. Residential visits, meals, theatre visits. All 500 old students receive newsletters, birthday and Christmas Cards.

Mixed youth organisation from the age of 6 yrs old

Working with groups and other Charities, the Trustees of Blidworth Recreation Centre provide recreational and social facilities to benefit the inhabitants of the parish of Blidworth and locality without prejudice. The Trustee Body is made up of volunteers by election including members of the affiliated sections (ie football, cricket, Brass Band and bowls sections).

Fund raising activity is undertaken by the charity, members are parents of pupils and teachers at the school. The charity and the school decide each year upon an appropriate project which the charity can support. Past projects include playground enhancements and technology. Monies are raised through a variety of activities ranging from summer and Xmas fairs, cake sales to curry and quiz nights.

The object of Friends of St Peter's Junior School Ruddington is to advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by:- Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school;- Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of pupils.

To establish, maintain and manage a Community Centre and promote the benefits of the inhabitants of Winthorpe, Langford and Holme and the neighbourhood.

To advance the faith of Christ by the holding of meeting for worship and prayer; the preaching of the gospel; the provision of religious teaching and publications; the promotion of charitable works and the provision of pastoral care.

Provision of various camps and trips for Scouts and Cubs, trips and sleepovers for Beavers. Provision of facilities and resources to support Scouting badge work, inclusion in community supporting events and fund raising for othet national and international charities.
