Lighthouse Mansfield is a Christian charity that runs activites and events for children and young people during school Holidays and also periodically throughtout the year.

The Charity provides two rapid response vehicles to the local ambulance trust. Manned by volunteers, this asset can be dynamically positioned to where there is a need in Lincolnshire. The asset enables advance life saving skills to be utilised before a front line ambulance arrives. Emergencies ranging from breathing difficulties, chest pains to multiple vehicle RTCs are covered by the volunteers.

Educational grants awarded to children and young people under the age of 25 years who are in full-time education. Travel scholarships awarded to young people to pursue charitable work or teaching in developing countries, often in their "gap year" between school and further education.

Grants available to people of any age on limited income living in the former rural district of East Retford.

Quiz Nights, Grand Draws, Sponsored Events, Christmas Fayre and other fund raising events so funds can be available for school to use over and above the schools normal budget on approval from the Friends of Newark Orchard School members

The provision of Sporting and Recreational facilities to the residents of Aslockton and Whatton-in-the-Vale, Nottinghamshire.

Activities undertaken are in accordance with the aims and objectives of Girlguiding UK and relate to all members from the age of 5 upwards. Our activities with effect from 2022 now also apply to 4 year olds.

1. Develop more extended relationships between the staff,parents and others associated with the school.2. Engage in activities which support the school and advance the education of those attending it.

Children explore how to plant, care for and harvest the vegetables, fruit and flowers that are grown at Little Roots Allotment. We promote healthy living through physical activity, social interaction and the accessibility to fresh produce. We encourage the sharing of knowledge between generations, introducing children to gardening experiences that some may seldom have the opportunity to enjoy.

The objects are to make provision for the needy and elderly, with preference given to former employees of Samuel Eden & Sons Ltd., or those who have resided in the Parish of Woodborough. The Charity makes grants to individuals and organisations.

Weekly drop-in safe space for children. Age range 10-16. Thursday evenings between 6 and 8pm during Spring, Summer and Autumn

Through out the year we have various fund raising events so that we can donate to local, national and overseas projects

NLHA provides financial and other support to groups and individuals; holds local history conferences; publishes a magazine "The Nottinghamshire Historian"; distributes monthly newsletter; works closely with local organisations (libraries, archives, local studies departments) to promote and support local history.

THE PROVISION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE VILLAGE COMMUNITY CENTRE AND THE PROMOTION OF ITS USE.

The Friends were formed for the benefit of people with mental health problems and their families in Greater Nottingham. The Friends aim to promote public understanding of mental health and reduce stigma. We also supplement the services already provided for the benefit of people with mental ill health.

To provide sporting facilities for the local community.

The charity advocates for the benefits of running, walking and Nordic walking in enhancing fitness, well-being, positive mental health, and fostering social interactions. Firmly believing in the transformative power of group exercise, we aspire to assist individuals in reaching their objectives, be it related to health improvement, fitness enhancement.

Village Hall, provides premises for local residents and organisations to hold meetings and functions, etc.
