This was another quiet operating year. Some income was generated for the core purpose of providing access to high quality outdoor education. The main income was a transfer of funds from a pre-existing similar body.

Grant giving to persons having been owners or occupiers of land.

We determine the diversity and location of Derbyshire's bats. We provide information to the public about bats, their conservation and protected status by leading bat walks, giving talks and running workshops on behalf of schools and other community groups and organisations. We work with statutory organisations such as NE and BCT to provide assistance to householders over bat related issues.

The charity provides activities for the benefit of the local community in the village hall at West Stockwith such as Bingo, charity auctions, coffee mornings,District Council polling, District Council surgeries, film parties, pantomimes, Parish Council, private parties, themed food evenings and quizzes.

To provide an annual lunch and a distribution of a small sum of money to elderly residents of Retford and to provide a venue for meeting.

The provision and maintenance of a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parishes of Winthorpe, Holme and Langford without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

The aim of this group is to improve the quality of life for people in food crisis in the Nuncargate, Kirkby Woodhouse, Annesley, Annesley Woodhouse and Newstead areas in particular but not exclusively by providing emergency food supplies to individuals and families in need and where appropriate signposting service users to other appropriate agencies, services or charities.

The charity makes grants to individuals and organisations within Tuxford and West Markham. It's focus is for general charitable purposes, education and training, the relief or poverty and for religious activities. Grants are made to children and young people, the old and elderly, those disabled and to other charitable bodies.

Provides a meeting place for the village and organises social and educational activities.
