Provide building and playing field for local community use.

The objective of the School Association is to assist the school in advancing the education of pupils. It does this by raising funds for projects and activities, supporting school activities, helping develop stronger relations between the children, staff and parents, and organising events that allow pupils to meet socially out of school time.

The charity supports the work of Watlington Primary School and advances the education of its pupils by: organising fundraising events; making grants towards school equipment or activities; organising or supporting school events and activities.

Undertaking events and activities to advance the education of pupils in the Larkrise Primary School in East Oxford; undertaking events to promote relationships between pupils, staff, parents, others associated with the school and the local Oxford Community; raising funds to provide facilities or equipment to support the school and advance the education, experience and well being of the pupils

The principal activity of the Company is the advancement of the Christian religion by working as a Church in Bicester and surrounding areas.

We are a traditional British Brass Band, and undertake numerous formal and informal concerts and engagements throughout the year. Instrument tuition is provided for all ages and abilities.

The Berkshire Chamber Music Festival is a series of concerts, workshops and educational days in July each year. The festival aims to bring world class classical music to the area with particular focus on reaching those who might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience it.

The building is used as a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Crowmarsh Gifford without distinction of political, religious, or other opinions including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisuretime occupation with the object of improving the condition of life for the said inhabitants as per the declaration of trust.

We operate a youth club for young people in Kennington and surrounding area. We run regular sessions, sometimes open-access where our members can choose their own activities and sometimes where we run specific activities including those focusing on being part of the local community and developing the young people's skills, self-esteem and sense of community responsibility.

1)The conservation of birdlife, principally through the maintenance of 6 Nature Reserves.2)Scientific research into birdlife by partaking in National bird surveys, and also organising and undertaking local surveys through a programme of fieldwork, and publishing the results.3)Educating the public about birdlife by organising a programme of speakers.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY 1. DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL; 2. ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

We support deaf children & their families living in Oxfordshire. We provide assistance for the deaf child & their families either directly or by providing social and entertainment initiatives.

Manage the village hall for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area including use for meetings lectures and classes and for other forms of recreations and leisure with the object of improving the life of the said inhabitants.

TO SECURE FOR THE PUBLIC THE PRESERVATION, RESTORATION, IMPROVEMENT, ENHANCEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF PERIOD COSTUMES AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE ARTS, CULTURE AND HERITAGE OF THE PUBLIC BY SUPPLYING COSTUMES TO SCHOOLS, EDUCATIONAL CENTRES, COMMUNITY GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS TO ACHIEVE HIGH STANDARDS OF DRAMATIC PERFORMANCE.

We are a small family trust usually meeting in April/October. We only accept postal applications: please do not phone. Do include s.a.e. for response if unsuccessful . We generally give grants to charitable projects within 40 miles of Brailes, S.E.Warwickshire, including church repairs, hospital and hospice projects, village appeals, and "character forming" activities for young people.

Giving public access to the artistic works held by the Pasternak Trust (the work of Leonid Osipovich, Boris Leonidovich and other members of the Pasternak family); ensuring the professional cataloguing and conservation of these works; making them available for scholarly study; promotion of the works through exhibitions and a website.

The Oxford Baby Bank collects clothing and equipment from families who have finished with it and distributes it free of charge to families in need who have been referred by frontline professionals and charities.

The charity promotes the education of young people from Charlbury, Oxfordshire, in particular by awarding grants for apprentices or students in further and higher education. It derives its income from its assets including a property and a field left to the town in 1666.

MANAGEMENT OF VILLAGE HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE VILLAGE

The Street Pastors work in conjunction with the local authority and police to help reduce the levels of crime in the town by patrolling the streets in the evening and at night. Street Pastors are trained to look after vulnerable and sick adults, ensuring they receive medical or other help if they require it, or to get home safely.
