Woodstock Youth Work Trust (WYWT) carries out a variety of activities in different venues. We have held school discos, summer fete and non-uniform days among other activities in order to fund raise for the school.

We are a Parent Teacher and Friends Association raising money to benefit the children at Garsington Primary School.

The charity runs various vocal training courses for students of all ages with the aim of promoting, improving, developing and maintaining public appreciation and experience of vocal music. Classes are held on a weekly basis during the three term year and singers also experience workshops and performing at recitals and concerts. The age range is from 5 years upto late teens.

We provide buildings, facilities and open spaces for sport, meetings and recreation, for children/young people/general public.

PROMOTION OF THE STUDY OF LOCAL HISTORY OF OXFORDSHIRE

Woodley & District u3a provides mutual learning, education and social activities for the retired and semi-retired in Woodley (Berkshire) and the surrounding area.

Our charity is dedicated to serving a diverse community through our supplementary school, which offers educational and cultural support to children aged 5-15. Our mission is to create an inclusive and nurturing environment that provides academic enrichment and fosters a sense of belonging and community integration.

The building is used as a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Crowmarsh Gifford without distinction of political, religious, or other opinions including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisuretime occupation with the object of improving the condition of life for the said inhabitants as per the declaration of trust.

Fundraising for Langford Village School

Various fundraising to raise money for research into DSRCT. A cancer which mainly affects teenages.

Protect & preserve the town hall & Buttercross in Witney. Any surplus funds may be used for the general benefit of the inhabitants of Witney.

Founded by a legacy in 1585, this charity awards bursaries to students and apprentices whose parents live in Woodstock, Oxfordshire.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY:DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL; ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

The Hall is used for community led activities including sales, sports, Bridge Club, charity events, meetings including AGM's, cinema, theatrical and musical performances, and parties both adult & childrens.

Religious activities

Hall and sports field. The hall is used primarily by village clubs & associations and hired out for private parties and business meetings. The sports fields & changing rooms are used primarily by Bloxham Football Club.

Cherwell Canoe Club is a multi-disciplinary kayak and canoe club affiliated to Paddle UK providing opportunities to learn, teach, participate in, and enjoy, a range of recreational and competitive paddlesports including: whitewater, touring, sea kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, freestyle and canoe polo.

St Saviour's Church Hall is used as the Churches in Reading Drop in CentreThe income received is for use of the HallThe expenditure given relates to the cost of Insurance.The balance of income over expenditure is applied to the mission of St Giles Church-in-Reading

Summary of main activitiesRegular fund-raising activities throughout the school year have included: Xmas Grotto, Easter Trail, Discos, Film Nights, Non Uniform days, Friday Tuck Shops & Ice Lollies. Activities were for the benefit of school pupils only.Purchase of items on school staff 'wish-list' included: Forest School refurbishment, craft materials, treats for Xmas, Easter and Yr 6 Leavers.

In support of :musicians, composers, concerts and chamber music performances of contemporary music of the 20th and 21st centuries; visual arts, painters, draughtsmen and especially painters and draughtsmen of the 20th and sculptors of the 20th and 21st centuries;the study and application of philosophy and theology, both in the academic areas as in business and industrial areas.
