PTFA for St Johns School Wallingford Oxfordshire, primary school parent based fundraising

We are responsible for the maintenance of the VH and its use by the local community. It is used regularly by village organisations and Cuddesdon and Denton Parish Council. It is also used as a Polling Station by South Oxfordshire District Council. It is available for hire. The VH Committee arranges a number of social events each year for fundraising and to benefit the village.

To advance the education of pupils in the school, in particular by (i) developing effective relationships between the staff, parents, and others associated with the school, and (ii) engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils

Raising money for Brookside school. We hold many event through the year including summer and Christmas fete. We operate from the school

Siren works to promote conservation of wildlife and human well-being through wildlife rescue, education and in situ conservation. We create educational materials, activities, talks and experiences which are scientifically cutting edge and artistically gorgeous. We aim to engage people in human activities affecting wildlife such that they know what is at stake and what they can do to help.

General Fundraising and acceptance of donations

Most weekends the charity attends car boot sales. The charity runs its own car boot sales every month in Reading, Berkshire. The charity receives, on average, over 5,000 calls from grieving parents each year.

Rowing based charity

Our aim is to share the life-changing love of Jesus in and around Chipping Norton.Currently our main project is to employ Youth and Children's Workers to support the work of St. Mary's Church, Chipping Norton; and to run Christian youth and children's projects and activities for the young people in and around Chipping Norton.

We promote the treatment and care of persons suffering from oesophageal or stomach cancer and to provide support to those caring for such persons or who are affected by oesophageal or stomach cancer amongst their families or friends.

In fulfilment of the objectives of the trust, the trustees meet monthly to consider applications for grants submitted by an officer of the Probation Service on behalf of persons whom they consider suitable and deserving candidates.

CLAWAR aims to widen robot application domains for the public benefit by identifying and leading keys initiatives (both nationally and internationally) that are able to address global concerns for robotics. The current issues identified are the lack of safety standards for service robots and poor interaction between the robot research community and the robot standardisation community.

To advance the education of pupils at Gillott's School Henley on Thames by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education where these are not normally provided by the LEA.

Our aim is to support the care and upbringing of children to age 11 living in Botley, Oxfordshire and its environs by providing support services for families with children, and creating a space for the community to come together so that families can support each other.

Regatta for the Disabled is an annual event, usually held towards the end of the Summer in Henley on Thames. It exists to provide boating opportunities for disabled people, regardless of their level of ability and to raise the profile of disabled people accessing the river.

Raises money by running events organised by the staff and families at the school. All proceeds are used to further the education and improve the environment of St Martin's Catholic Primary School

Management of the the Stonesfield playing field for the playing of football, cricket and tennis and also general recreational use

The Scout Association provides adventurous activities and personal development opportunities for young people, promoting the physical, intellectual, social and spiritual well-being of the individual, helping them achieve their full potential. 1ST Brightwell-cum-Sotwell Scout Group as a part of The Scout Association strives to meet these goals for the young people in our area.

we are a school fundraising team

We provide a weekly service (Mondays) for the elderly of our community. Members enjoy meeting with each other and participating in a variety of activities (see website eynshamdaycentre.com). The organisation relies on its large team of volunteers with the Co-Ordinator and cook being the only personel remunerated for their services. A two course meal is provided each day.
