Relief of persons in the Himalayan region of Asia and other areas which are in conditions of need, hardship and distress.

Poverty food is a real issue in some regions of Lancashire UK. The Hyndburn district is listed as the 34th mostincome-deprived in England with near one fifth of the population (18.2 per cent) listed as out of work or onlow income. Local people are dealing with hunger every day. Too many families are worrying about theirnext meal because of circumstances beyond their control.

The charity objectives are following: (1) The relief of sickness in rural Pakistan in particular by assisting in the provision and management of hospital. (2) The advancement of education in rural Pakistan in particular by provision books, scholarships and school.

We give small grants to medical and educational projects worldwide . We favour projects which do not attract funding from major charities. We do not fund gap year projects.

The relief of sickness and the preservation of health among people in developing countries. The charity funds organisations that provide free or subsidised (significantly below market price) healthcare and medical treatments to those in need. Priority is given to high volume and non complex treatments such as cataract operations.

The International Orthoptic Association promotes excellence in orthoptic education, research, and clinical practice worldwide. It supports professional development through congresses, training programs, and global collaboration.Activities include educational grants, outreach projects, and the advancement of vision care standards.

We support girls' and women's education, health and economic development in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Newly Merged Districts through a local NGO called Khwendo Kor, which is based in Peshawar. We raise money through membership and seeking donations from individuals and charitable trusts. We work in association with other organisations particularly the J&A Clark Charitable Trust.

The Li Tim Oi Foundation provides grants for Anglican women in the two-thirds world to train for Christian work in their own countries.

THE RELIEF AND CURE OF DEFECTS AND DISEASES AFFECTING THE EYES AND VISION OF PEOPLE WORLDWIDE

In India we have built a school jointly with local charity HIRA and are educating 148 children in Vaniyambadi Global school. We are also educating 193 children in Holy Faith School.In Pakistan we are paying school fees, uniforms and books for 114 children to attend Spring Public school plus a day centre for 92 children who are unable to attend school as they work to support their family.

Hayya Alal Falah aims to work towards prevention or relief of poverty in the UK and Pakistan by providing grants, items and services to individuals in need and/or charities, or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty. We also engage with communities to provide Safe Drinking Water to underprivileged areas.

To hold and apply the Trust Fund both capital and income for the relief of the poor and needy or to or for such other charitable purposes/institution/society or as the club shall in a duly constitutional meeting from time to time direct.
