The charity helps relieve sickness amongt the poorest communities by providing assistance with clinics, hospices and hospital for the benefit of general public. The charity organises educational activities and training centres.

In the last year, 25 rural pastors have been financially supported on a regular basis. Each pastor receives the equivalent of -+-ª14/month. Pastors report back regularly on the activities that they have engaged in to the charity.

Grant making charity.

The Charity was registered on November 13, 2012, and its Bank Accounts were opened on 16/07/2013. Hence, except for the Pledge amount of ?5000/- no Fund Raising Event could be conducted during the period under review. Subsequently, the Charity was formally launched in July 2013, and Fund Raising activities were conducted thereafter,which will be reported in detail next year.

The funding and maintenance of medical facilities in the village of Noon Bagla, Pakistan serving the surrounding geographical area.

Makes small grants of approximately ?100/year to individuals - general public/mankind for the prevention or relief of poverty e.g to prevent them taking loans and having to pay interest on the loans.The prevention of poverty includes preventing those who are poor from becoming poorer and preventing people who are not poor from becoming poor.

Direct financial support for seven tuition centres in South India. Direct support for five schools in Africa by means of grants for specific projects at each school eg water tanks for two schools on one site in Swaziland. (Almost all grantees visited by trusts correspondent, at no cost to the trust).

Supporting smallholder fish farming activities (marine and freshwater, fish, shellfish and plants) together with assisting their growth and development by co-operative and other structures. Providing technological input covering all areas of aquaculture and assisting the education and development of resource poor fish farmers and their organisations and structures both in country and remotely.

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CHARITY WILL BE ACHIEVED BY RAISING FUNDS, TO BE INVESTED IN VARIOUS PROJECTS INCLUDING: A) THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, B) BUILDING HEALTHCARE AND EDUCATION RELATED FACILITIES, C) THE PROVISION OF LIFE-SAVING EQUIPMENT AND MEDICATION.

The Exovent team was formed in March 2020 with the objective of helping the UK, and the world, address the challenge of COVID-19. Our remit has now widened to provide respiratory support devices for acute and chronic respiratory disease, the third commonest cause of death worldwide.
